Shannon said a Tech would be out to get my pet. Uh, you mean I cannot go in with her while she is examined? No. I would have to wait in the parking lot. I cancelled my appointment. Would I leave my human child with a pediatrician and wait out in the parking lot, during their examination? Could they limit capacity of people in the office? Could I stand outside the exam room (well over six feet), masked, so I could see what's going on? I would like to discuss concerns with the Vet. How would I do that? Listen I get it, I want to comply and be safe. But, in my opinion , this is unacceptable. Shannon very curtly said for me to call back at a later time to see if the rules would be changing.

Over the years, we had taken him to six Vets and all were unsatisfactory. As soon as we walked into Meadowbrook, we were warmly greeted by all the girls at the front desk and the smiling faces of the waiting pet parents. Ashley even left the desk to say hello to our boy. The room was spotless, comfortable, no antiseptic smell, no barking dogs, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. All our fur kids, dogs & cats, got along too! After a short wait, Dr. Amanda walked into the exam room and, upon meeting her, we immediately knew that we had found our Vet for life! She is totally amazing...warm and extremely knowledgeable. We discussed our boy's needs with her and she was totally on board. No extras were pushed on us and they were reasonable for their services. I'm sure you love your fur babies as we do, so if you're looking for a Vet, forget the rest because Meadowbrook is the best! We HIGHLY recommend!

What a terrible grooming experience! If I could give zero stars, I would! I had an appointment…read morescheduled for about a week and received a call the day before the scheduled appointment saying that the groomer my dog was scheduled with, which I selected any groomer as this is not my regular grooming location, had called out and they could not accommodate the grooming appointment. They asked if I can reschedule for another day that weekend after which I said I could not as we were traveling and needed her groomed before we left. They then rescheduled her for the day after her originally scheduled appointment. The day of the grooming was a nightmare. She had a 3pm appointment. We called to see if we could drop her off a little before the appointment because we had to be somewhere else at the same time and was told yes. My husband got there 20 mins before the appointment and waiting for 20 mins for the groomer to come to the front. The groomer never arrived and he had to leave. He went back shortly after 3pm as was greeted with a long line. After waiting in line for over 10 mins, he finally made it to the front and was scolded for being late. My husband told them he was waiting in line and was told that they would check the camera, which I thought was extremely rude. I received a phone call from one of the groomers 15 or so mins later saying he had taken over the grooming appointment, not the one my husband spoke with at drop off, and wanted to go over the hair cut. We asked for a long cut and he said she was a little matted and would need to cut it a little shorter than a long cut. We said it was ok because we've experience this before with her normal groomer, a different Petco location, and figured she has a lot of hair and it wouldn't be too short. We were also informed the appointment would take 3-4 hours. By 7pm we still hadn't heard from anyone. We thought to give them time as they seemed really busy that day and our regular groomer usually calls if they were running behind. We called 7:45pm only to be told that our dog had been ready, they were closing at 8pm, and that I had been called several time. I received not one call since speaking with the groomer around 3pm. My husband goes to pick up our dog and she was completely shaved! I was furious when he came home. This was completely unacceptable and unnecessary. We will NEVER return here for grooming! Thankfully it's just hair that will grow back but it's still cold out and for my dog to be practically bald is devastating, especially since she is meeting family for the first time.

But since I brought Humphrey (my magical wonder kitten) home, my heart has opened back up. He brings me such joy and peace every moment. He's chatty, cuddly, social, and so sweet. I could not be more in love! I can't imagine a better family to get a Ragdoll from. They are hand-raising each little fuzzball with care and actual love, high socialization and new experiences - absolutely everything you'd want a kitten to have in those first crucial months of life. I don't have a lot of money, and I was really scared to take such a large financial risk, but I've only had my kitten home for a week and I can't imagine anything in the entire world being more worth the investment. Thru the entire process, I felt safe and reassured working with Elena - she answered all of my (many, many) questions, sent regular pics and vids, and was a total joy during the whole process. Elena and her merry band of fairy children are not just raising kittens, they are putting love and light out into the world where it is desperately needed - of course on a personal level for each lucky human who brings one of their sweet baby angel kitties home, but the love we exchange with these fur-babies will shine like a beacon for others out in the world. TLDR; this will be the best cat you will ever have. Don't hesitate, dive in.

I had received videos and photos since I reached out in September and the process was so easy. You can tell she puts a lot of love and passion into all her kittens. Through the few minor problems (kitten diarrhea, clean ups, etc...) Elena was there to answer my questions and give advice.
