We had the sidewalk replaced and I tried to cut down branches that were hitting cars. But the tree was overdue for a pruning. I left a message for a company I knew about, but they aren't pruning trees anymore so they forwarded my info to Second 2 None. When I was at work, Panta went to my house to inspect the tree and he gave me a quote. The price sounded good and Second 2 None is a local company, so I made an appointment with them. Panta worked with my schedule so that I could be home when they came. They arrived this morning when he said they would. I appreciate their punctuality and it turns out Panta is a super nice guy. More importantly, it looks to me like they did an excellent job pruning the elm tree and cleaning everything up. We chose to go with Jamal and his crew because Jamal said he would be onsite for the actual work and he would ensure that what we discussed was done. This was important because if you have an estimator that isn't onsite for the actual work, sometimes, what is promised and what is completed may not be the same. Jamal gave us a detailed quote and when he and his crew showed up for the work, Jamal definitely remembered all the details that we talked about. We also had the chance to interact and talk to the crew. Everyone was incredibly pleasant and friendly. They were all easygoing with us and with each other. I had a representative of the first company I chose show up and he looked everything over, got information, and took that information back with him.
