Unfortunately, not expecting our water to still be on, and being busy, nobody noticed until early morning the next day. Needless to say, our grass is now a swamp. When I reached out to them about this, I got an apology, and an assurance that they have never been contacted regarding something like this in the 17 years they've been in business. They then said they would speak with their staff about this. There was no attempt to try to make it right initially. They reached back out to me today and offered a small refund to compensate for the water being left on, which is in line with what I would expect a business to do. I have therefore modified my review and would consider using them again.

Got a receipt emailed to me and two confirmation texts leading up to the event. Day of the event, they don't show up. Called the number on the invoice (Texas area code...) and they sent me to voicemail immediately and then texted me to call a local 402 number for delivery issues. Called the local number and the call was "screened" and then declined multiple times. Never talked with anyone. No notifications, no communication, no services rendered. Was left to scramble to entertain a dozen 10 year olds with only two hours notice. Disputed the charge with my bank to get my money bank, but contemplating taking them to small claims court. Company that takes reservations like this and ghosts them doesn't deserve to be in business.
