The Mighty Swings sets themselves are wonderful and worth the price. As far as the companies communication and installation, I am beyond disappointed!! To begin, after meeting face to face and communicating exactly what we wanted, when being installed, the height was in correct, several of the plastic pieces were the incorrect color, and the slide was not available. I was ok with this as they promised the correct items would be installed at a later date due to a shortage with their supplier. When they returned to switch out the slide and other pieces and correct the height, it was adjusted by adding small cut pieces of wood to the top with one screw in each side. They were not only installed twisted, looked awful and would definitely NOT hold up with what the life of the play set should be. Mighty Swings then returned a THIRD time (I will at least give them that) to drop the height of the play set back down. THIS is what I'm left with. Boards that are shredded from being adjusted and the roof is not even (the right side is higher than the other). We were going to fix it ourselves, but there is no room for adjustment. As I said, the play set is great, but the install ruins it completely. BEWARE!! Between this and having to adjust my schedule to meet three times, I wish we had gone with another company. I've waited 8 years for a play set for my kids and all I wanted was a quick and painless experience. Not a mess that I was made to feel like it was my fault somehow because the company forgot that I ordered the tallest height and did not communicate with me (when I called to confirm install a few days prior) that the plastics were not available. I'm am very sad and disappointed. Unfortunately I am unable to post a picture of what our set actually looks like now. I guess another buyer beware I just realized... you are not able to leave reviews on their Facebook site or website. I wish I had noticed that before.
