We had a trampoline relocated from a neighbor's yard to ours. Mark arrived on time and got straight to work, completing the job in about two hours. He did a great job. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is price. Cost is high considering it's only disassembly, move, and reassembly. Leveling was not included. Springfree offers a service to do the same for less. That said, Superior was able to move the trampoline on a quicker timeline which is why we went with them. read more

We visited Superior Play Systems in January of 2021 when they were having a display sale and we bought a play set on the spot. Installation was included in our price, and when the installer showed up, I thought he was only there to evaluate the area I had in mind for it, and let me know if I needed to do any prep before he came back a few days later. The area I was expecting to put it had a small plastic shed that I intended to remove. The installer agreed that was the best spot for the play set, and he actually helped me disassemble the shed on the spot and move the heavy pieces out of the way! We agreed on the orientation of the set and distance from the fence, etc. and I left him to it, and he finished within a few hours, even having dug out the ground a little to try to get it as level as possible. Our 3yo and 1yo love the set and we've made a few minor upgrades here and there. Would definitely recommend Superior Play Systems. read more

We purchased the 11' Springfree trampoline for a holiday gift for my children. I was expecting a 10-week wait so ordered early (mid October). They called two days later with a cancellation and moved us up. I literally bought it and it was up and installed in my back yard two days later. Ben, the delivery guy was professional and did great work. As we did not have time to have the site leveled before hand he was tasked with installing and leveling it. At least from the online sales process and working with the local team for the expedited installation and removal of the old set... they've been incredible to work with. I'm sure I'll update if after a few months/year the set isn't everything it seems to be. Several days later though, and the kids are enjoying the set while we're social distancing here at the house which has been great. The old set was too "rickety and scary" for the kids to want to play on, but the new set... the kids love. Glad to see them enjoying their time on it. After a bit of research, I found Superior Play systems and a playground I wanted for my daughter. I knew I had seen a store locally and thought that might be the best bet instead of getting a big box store playset. We are incredibly happy with the playset, installation, quality, and promptness from Superior Playsets. I ordered this playset on December 17th online. I figured I ordered too late to be in by Christmas (it was a Christmas gift for my daughter). Lo and behold, they called me December 22nd and said they had an installation appointment they could offer me the very next day. I said absolutely! Austin came and installed the playset, had excellent communication about when he would be here, and helped us find the perfect spot to put it. We considered many playground options before choosing Superior Play Systems such as Home Depot and some other local companies. We ended up choosing this company because of their depth of knowledge, solid customer service, quality of the equipment and of course the warranty that came with the product. Many of the other companies do not offer a long-term warranty and others like Home Depot don't let you kids try out the playground before purchasing. Superior Play Systems has an incredible indoor warehouse where our kids were able play while we discussed and learned about which one would be the most appropriate for our children. Once we purchased the unit the installation was flawless and extremely professional. The installed made subtle suggestions which I appreciated regarding location and configuration. Best of all, it was included in the price. Overall, the customer service I have received was stellar and I wouldn't consider buying a playground from anywhere else. The play center that we purchased is good quality, but the customer service and installation left much to be desired. We paid for installation and it was put in opposite of what we asked. The installer was rude and became extremely ugly when we asked for him to adjust the height on the swings. I called the company and was told they would take care of it. Then I talked to Joe. He said the play set was set in the best way, but if I didn't like it, he would take care of it. I still haven't heard from him and I doubt I ever will. They were happy to take my money, but unwilling to complete the job correctly. I have very little recourse, as you have to pay in full at the time of purchase. read more

Awesome playset, kids love it!

So we bought a floor model Because it was discounted and I had a specific amount of space allotted in my yard for a playground and when I was speaking to the sales worker he gave me dimensions that would have left 3 feet on one side and 5 feet on the other in the area I had designated for the play structure. However when the installer came he barely fit it into the space because the person selling me the structure did not factor in the extra 3-4feet the slide would go out. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal but the fact that this is a business that literally does this every day I don't know how someone wouldn't factor in that the slide adds to the measurement and length. Other annoying piece was that the person installing it called me and we discussed the way he should put the slide so that it doesn't hit the border in an unsafe way and he ignored it and did his own way anyway. I'm not a petty person so all I'm gonna say is just make sure you're very specific and do your own work to manage the Person building and the person you're purchasing from and you should be fine. read more

We live in California so I wasn't sure about buying a play structure all the way from Georgia. I liked the configuration of the Original Playcenter though and the reviews looked good. I'm so glad we bought it! It took over a month to get here (I'm assuming because of the increase in playset sales due to Covid-19) but it was well worth the wait. The staff are amazing! I made several calls and had many questions. Sherman, Scott and Mike were always happy to answer my questions and help me make the best decision for our backyard. They walked me though all the steps and followed up promptly with thorough information. Sherman was so knowledgeable and helpful with the dimensions of each part of the play structure so that I could make sure it would fit in our backyard. Mike, from the shipping department, prepped me for what I should expect in the delivery and went out of his way to give me advice for putting the play structure together. Again, every step of the way-from sales to shipping-the staff was super helpful! We hired two handymen to put it together in one day. They commented on the quality of the wood and asked me where I bought it. They said it was a quality set. My girls LOVE playing on it! I moved in from out of state with a Springfree Trampoline that need to be reassembled. I went through the Springfree web site and was directed to Superior Play Systems as their local certified installer. They contacted me quickly and scheduled my installation to fit my schedule. They were professional and did did a fantastic job. They had to modify the installation to accommodate the gradient slope in the yard and it's now level and secure. The price is a bit high, but I think that it's a standard fee set by Springfree. We are very satisfied. read more

This is my kids very favorite place to go run around and there is lots of bouncy-place competition in our area. There is so much variety here, indoor and outdoor, they get worn out, thoroughly enjoy themselves despite a broad age range and get some fresh air too! Today, Jason, (I believe a regional manager) went waaaaaay beyond our expectations. We had car issues on the way up there and ended up at a repair shop down the road. I called SPS to ensure they were open and planned to Uber over. Jason, upon learning it was my son's bday, offered to come pick us up and take us there! As if that wasn't enough, he then took to me to the car rental shop to pick up our rental car. When the car issue started, I was worried my son wouldn't get his afternoon celebration but Jason ensured we didn't miss a beat and I am so very grateful he helped make my son's day special.
