They would also remove, clean, and store it until the next year. I paid all of the storage, cleaning, and installation fees on time every year. Then they just never came back to install it in 2020. I called at least 30 times and was only able to get a hold of a human once. The man who answered said that they were running a little behind on set ups, but it should be installed in a week. They never came. Never installed or ever returned MY PROPERTY. It's theft! I still have not been able to get into contact with anyone that worked there. I ended up paying thousands of dollars to buy a new patio awning, screens, and doors!

Signed card and agreed to increase. Was not notified that they cannot take our awnings down for storage before the snows fly. Kim said "the mistake was entirely theirs". She talked to owner and called back. They cannot or will not pick up my awnings before snows. No notice. They just don't care. I'm now stuck in late November looking for a new awning storage company. Kim stated that she is uncomfortable. Perhaps she might want to think about finding a new job as she is not customer service oriented. Anybody know of a good awning storage facility in Chicago?

Since the installation , both window units have exhibited significant defects.Ron tried to tell me the window rot out because of our dogs sit on the seat of the window. I have had 4 other window companies at my house . They said The window needs to be appropriately set on a durable, moisture-resistant substrate. The use of either pressure-treated wood or a suitable high-density styrofoam insulation material is required to provide a stable, long-lasting sill support that prevents moisture transfer and material breakdown. Premier did not do that for this install. Ron did give me a quote to do this if they were to install a replacement window.

Not sure if this " Indiana " location is the correct location of my installation team. SunSetter is putting the problem on the installation. I feel it's a design problem, the LED lights fell out of the track. Team came and fixed them and in only a few hours one of them fell out again! If you're looking for a retractable awning, look elsewhere or demand a longer warranty!! Product is JUNK!

Buyer beware. I had my garage floor ground and coated by this company with their coating product…read moreat great expense. The sales rep convinced me to also coat the outer lip of the garage, which is exposed to the elements. I was hesitant to do so, but he assured me the product could stand up to the elements. Wrong. The product is peeling up from the lip and the ground concrete underneath is crumbling. Customer service is just giving me the run-around. I've called them multiple times and at their request texted them pictures of the damage multiple times but never received the promised call back to schedule a repair visit/ remediation visit. This has been going on for the past year. Just messing me around and wasting my time by making me jump through a bunch of hoops for no reason.
