Getting in touch with Anthony (and everyone from M&M) was incredibly easy. He was responsive, informative, and made everything feel comfortable--zero pressure- just genuine, honest guidance. What really impressed me was the thoroughness of his approach. While other companies gave me quick quotes from a satellite image or just from a visual inspection, Anthony was the only one who actually went into my attic, got up on the roof, took detailed photos, and walked me through everything. Most of the companies just focused on up selling my shingles- Anthony focused on what I asked for. M&M set clear expectations from day one--and then exceeded every single one of them. Not only did they stay true to the proposed timeline, but the work was also completed well ahead of schedule. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I had been collaborating with Frank Dixon regarding the roof replacement issues. I inquired whether Frank's company also handled porch work. Frank played a crucial role in organizing everything. On 5/22/2025 Manny and Julian arrived slightly before 8:30 AM. They informed me of their arrival at my residence. Manny and Julian took measurements for the materials, letting me know they would head to the store and return. They came back in about an hour. I am extremely pleased with the porch replacement. Additionally, I truly appreciated their professionalism and the respect they showed for my property during the construction process. I would recommend and certainly use TRC's services again in the future.

However, the "designer" who was assigned to our project was a disaster. The project was pushed back, she suggested materials weren't right for the application, didn't order the correct quantity of materials (delaying completion), ordered grout without letting us approve the color, ordered the wrong window and lied about costs. This bathroom remodel ended up costing us over $1200.00 more than what we had been told. Fortunately, the craftsmen worked around her mistakes and the bathroom is beautiful, but we would never hire this contractor again - we think they should have eaten all of the mistake costs. We understand we could have gotten a lawyer, but that's not our style.

They told me they would fix it. They said my windows would be thrown away so I opted to only have too sash with grids. They promised me they would make it right. Told me to tell the finance company my work was complete so they could get paid. This was in April. It is August and they never replaced the top sash and do not return numerous phone calls. I was considering using them next spring for gutters but now they lost a customer. I am very unhappy with their service. Do not lie just to get paid. Make it right for the customer. I should have not told the finance company it was all good. Because now that they got paid I will NEVER hear from them. Poor service for sure.
