Brought my clothes to Horizon Cleaners and when I returned to pick them up, agent told me that I did not bring any clothes in. Confused I checked my closet again and the clothes were indeed missing. After 2 weeks of searching, returned to the store and same agent told me he was confused and returned my clothes to me. Make sure to get receipt if you drop clothes off at this location. Horrible Experience - Do Not Do Business Here! I dropped off three brand-new dress shirts at Horizon Cleaners in Anna, TX--shirts I had just purchased to start my first job after 25 years of active-duty military service. When I went to pick them up, I was told they were already picked up. The workers claimed that someone with my phone number (or a matching one) collected them on November 25th. I assured them that I am the only person with my number, but they shrugged it off and said they'd speak to the manager and call me. After hearing nothing for 24 hours, I went back. This time, I was told it would take seven days to get an answer! I explained that building a new wardrobe for work is expensive and demanded to speak with the owner immediately--not just the manager. Despite having my receipt, they still refused to reimburse me. It's clear someone at Horizon either gave my shirts to the wrong customer or stole them for personal use. They don't even use barcodes to track pickups properly! This shows a total lack of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Supporting local businesses is important to me, but Horizon Cleaners will never get my business again. Their negligence and unwillingness to resolve this issue speak volumes. Pretty bad experience here, as much as I wanted to support the local business, they are incredibly disorganized. Clothes were dropped off on the 6th, and were supposed to be ready on the 10th. I came in on the 20th to pick them up. It took them about 15 mins to find 4 of the 5 articles of clothing that I dropped off, and they could not find the 5th item, which was a pair of pants for one of the suits. I agree with other reviewers: go out of your way to find another dry cleaner that has a better system of keeping track of the clothes you've dropped off. read more

I am a first-time customer since I just moved to Anna. I gave them 15 dress shirts two polo shirts, and they charged me $3.59 per dress and $4.38 per polo. NO WHERE in the store, and the two clerks did not disclose. It is plain and straightforward: gouge the customer and surprise bill when they pick up. They are rude and rush you off the phone. The owner will call me back. I'll hold my breath. The dry cleaner in Melissa hasn't ripped me off. So I strongly urge you NOT to USE Horizon Cleaner on 810 White Street in Anna!! I use Horizon every to weeks or so for a all my dry cleaning needs. In the sixth months I've lived in Anna, I've dropped off shirts, slacks, suits, dresses, even my tux. Everything is always returned clean and with care. And they're reasonably priced, too! I just wish they were open on Sundays. read more

These people have treated me good. I've brought in several repairs and button replacements. Many times they see the buttons on right on the spot if not busy. They have always been done on time and even steered me to a cheaper cleaning service than I asked for that better fit my needs. read more

First off, I gave them a chance to make this right in the store, but they would not. They were quite rude. I brought in my cloths to be cleaned today. I showed them a shirt that I had with a pancake sized hole in the bottom front. The lady behind the counter immediately told me that they would not take the shirt in to be cleaned. Funny thing, since it was the way I received it back from them. I asked for the manager to call me and the lady told me that she could give me a number to call since the manager would not call me. Horrible! Ruined my brand new $250 comforter, as it was returned with black tar-like marks all over it. They took no fault at all. Were also downright RUDE to me. Claimed that there is a sign on the wall saying "not responsible for damage, inspect items before leaving." So they expected me to unroll my beautiful light grey satin king-size comforter all over their dirty public floor. Despite the fact that I had just left with my comforter, and came right back, they claim I put the black on there. If it leaves the store for one second, it's no fault of theirs. They had the comforter oddly folded in the clear bag. That should've set off alarm bells, but I thought nothing of it. They folded it that way to hide how they had ruined it. Absolutely dishonest and awful company. When I called the manager, she got so hateful with me. They won't fix it or buy me a new one. I doubt they would've fixed it or replaced it no matter what I did or ask of them. If you want to keep your items usable, go elsewhere.k read more

I walked into Horizon Cleaners on 6/23/12 to pick up our dry- cleaning that we originally dropped off on 6/15/12. The lady that assisted me (manager) said that they did not have any of the clothes that we dropped off. I called my husband to clarify when he dropped them off and mentioned that they lost our clothes. The manager, who had an extremely rude attitude allowed me to look for my clothes (that they lost) and conveniently mentioned to me that they closed at 5:00 pm (and it was about 4:42 pm at the time). I found my husband's clothes (dress shirts to be exact) and they were under a different name completely. When I showed them to her, she said that she would have to contact the supposed "owner" of the clothes first before handing them to us. She was unsuccessful in getting a hold the the supposed "owner." She spoke to me with such disdain and disrespect that she made me feel like I was the one at fault (when they were the ones that mixed up the names in the first place). I told her that she should not treat me this way and that I am the one having to look for my husbands clothes while she reminds me of when the facility closes. I also told her that I would report her and she said that SHE was the manager. I said that I would report them to the BBB and that we would not give them any of our business (which we have been coming there for four years now). I called my husband and told him to come quickly to confirm the clothes. My husband came and told her that he was not leaving without his clothes, so she called her boss and he said that it was okay to take the clothes but if that "owner" wanted his clothes (which they weren't his) that we would have to bring them back and we agreed to that. We left with our clothes and in complete anger and frustration with the way the manager treated us (as if we were an inconvenience to her). They have been reported to the BBB and we have attempted to get a hold of the owner, but have not heard back from them yet. read more
