So this is my yelp review because I already gave them five stars on Google. This place is incredible! I've been just surrounding nurseries in the area and they don't even come close. Skip Lowe's and Home Depot and come here! Customer Service is top-notch, it is a small family owned business and they will do delivery to your home for a reasonable fee if you live within range. When I tell you to the prices are reasonable I really mean that the value cannot be beat. Run don't walk..once the secret gets out this place will be flowing! The owner of the business came and hand-deliver the 10 foot plant to my home, help me set it up and gave me top-notch fertilizer! Cannot recommend this place enough. Kid, friendly, dog, friendly, they were so accommodating, and even offered us a shade umbrella to walk the perimeter. Excellent selection of small and mature, cacti, fruit trees, indoor plants, succulents, and outdoor plants plenty of Bougainvillea and landscaping trees as well! I had a strange interaction with the new owners of this business. I went to the nursery on a Saturday to inquiry about their landscaping services - not lawn maintenance but rather help me design my front and back yard with the potential to install artificial turf. I had a great conversation with the father and daughter and commended them on their social media presence. He gave me his card and said he would be available to stop by in 2 days on Monday. So I text him my address and he was a no show. No big deal, things happen, I was hoping everything was alright with him. On Friday he text me back and said he had to go out of town and asked if I still needed him to check out my landscape. I said yes. Then no response. I text him a month later to tell him I'm still interested and that I was on Spring Break and anytime during the week would work. He replied he was sorry that he did not get back to me. And then that's it. Very strange. I was in no big rush but just thought it was odd that he offered his services and he kept on replying back as if he was interested in helping me out. I guess maybe he was too nice to tell me no or just extremely too busy. Maybe I didn't pick up on the hint, and I guess there were major hints, that he wasn't actually interested. Oh well. read more

I like this nursery because it's right next to my house and me and my son can walk around and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere. (you can drive through as well) but we enjoy using one of their wagons and walking. we always leave with a plant or flower because they're FAIRLY GOOD pricing . however they don't have the most options in flowers and if you don't care for them right away they will die. I've been here on several occasions and the staff has always been friendly. They even let me borrow their cart to pick out my plants. All the plants that I've purchase from here have survived inside and outside. If you're looking into buying succulents for arrangements this place has some for a very reasonable price. read more

So I went looking for Pittosporum Silver Sheen Tree. I went during a weekday. They were very helpful and mentioned that was a very good tree to have and easy to plant. I purchased one tree for $75 and also purchased a bag of soil they recommended to use. We planted it that same day and 2 weeks later the tree is completely dead. I called to see what is the return policy being that other huge hardware stores give up to a year return policy on plants with receipt. They said they don't have that type of policy. Their insurance is that when you buy the plant it's alive but after it leaves the lot they are not responsible. They mentioned they have better prices than the bigger companies like Home Depot but I would rather pay a bit more knowing that if I plant the tree and it dies within a reasonable amount of time I can get a new tree rather than losing $75 within two weeks. read more

We went to this nursery for some trees that we were looking for. The worker at this nursery is a nice and helpful gentleman but noticed that the owner just sat in the trailer and didn't attend to any customers. We spent $200 in plants and felt that the prices were fair. Came back this week as we needed three more trees. Found the helpful worker there as he is the only one there besides the owners, and he knew right away what trees we needed. We went to go pay and the wife of the owner wanted to charge us more then we previously paid. We told her we had paid $14 the last time and she said the price was $18. She said the owner had stepped out and wasn't available to speak with to ask. We asked if she could call him and she said he can't be reached. She wasn't friendly and didn't seem to care about customer service either. We left the trees and said thank you but we will find them else where. Owners had poor customer service skills. The only person who is helpful is the one male worker they have. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, don't spend it here. If you don't care about customer service then by all means head on down. read more

I called this morning to ask for a price check on plumeria plants and to see what colors and size they have available because I don't live near by. the man the answer the phone was so rude and said he couldn't give me a price because it depends how dead they are and didn't let me finished and just hang up on me. I called back and he did it again I just want people to know if you work with customer service be nice to your customer if you want to really sell. I've came here numerous times due to the variety selection of plants. I purchased palm trees,banana trees, and many other smaller plants. There is usually only one guy helping and it is a large lot so help might not readily available but once you get it they are very helpful. They might be nice people when you are there buying but after that, good luck! I recently spent hundreds of dollars in several plants and a few small trees. Two of the little trees dried up quickly even though they had the exact same conditions as all of the others. The last tree just broke in half with the little winds we had just a few days ago. When the gardener came he told me the reason the tree broke was because it had some type of decease inside the trunk. I had contacted the owner of the nursery before, trying to get the first two trees replaced and she said they do not do that; their products are not guaranteed. And they are not all that cheap either. You would think you could get better prices at a nursery but that is not necessarily the case. Just wanted to warn people about this. If you go there, please be careful! You might lose your money like I did! read more
