That all being said, I have seen Dr Johnsen for my foot and Achilles and he fixed my toe after tearing cartilage in a taekwondo match. At age 53 and only 5'10 I can touch the rim so I would say it went well. Then several years later he checked my Achilles and made sure it wasn't injured and gave me the appropriate exercises to make sure it was appropriately loose.
