We had the pleasure of working again with Horn twice this past year. First, to sell the house he helped us buy a few years ago, and second to help my father sell his property. With our house, he did an excellent job helping us to price it just right to attract buyers, and we ended up getting nearly exactly what we were hoping to make from the sale. The various contractors he sent over to take staging photos, conduct inspections, etc. were all professional, reliable, and easy to work with. We were in constant communication throughout the process, and I appreciated his guidance when it came to evaluating potential buyers' offers. My father also had a positive experience with Horn (and because he's not a Yelper, I'm writing on his behalf). He had a vacant lot that had been on the market for a whole year through another agent and had not sold, even after lowering the listing price. I got the sense that this agent wasn't really motivated to sell, or maybe didn't have experience selling vacant lots. It seems like all she did was list the property and passively wait on offers. So I urged him to drop the agent and call Horn. Good thing he did, because not only did Horn get the property listed ASAP, he also reached out to his wide network of contacts and from there we ended up with a few interested buyers! I'm disappointed from the service I received from Horn. It took months to find out if I was even pre-approved for a loan. Everything seemed like a very slow process and many delays in returning my phone calls and emails. He is not responsive and does not seem to be on top on his work. Dreams do come true and Horn Low and his team at Pathmark Realty made it happen after everyone else said it was not possible! My wife and I stumbled accross our dream home on 5 acres in Loomis, CA. After finding out that the seller would not accept an offer contingent on us selling our home in the Bay Area we started talking to lenders to see our options, and everyone said we would have to sell our house first.
