They are the sweetest, most helpful people. They have been nothing but kind, flexible, accommodating, and wonderful to me. They seem to have a somewhat big presence in the area, and from what I can tell, they are all of the above-mentioned attributes to everyone else as well. Simply put, they are the best part of Grandview. In addition to their secure, video-monitored, climate-controlled, indoor storage rooms, they have several other storage options and locations around town for your other needs. They have outdoor access (drive-up) units, garages you can rent to store vehicles you wish to protect from the elements, and they also offer over-sized vehicle storage for boats, RVs, etc...  I did not stay with the Grandview-based trucking company, which makes access to my storage no longer convenient for me, but I have chosen to keep my units there anyway because of how lovely this company and this family is. I absolutely recommend them for all of your storage needs.

When the unloaded it it had several chips and cracks. After they unloaded he says I should of had it in a box. Even though they had a ton of blankets and elastic ties to move it. It was over 800 dollars but only sent me 300 to replace it. I would keep looking and would not recommend them for any moving of my things again. Antique dressers and tables were scratched as well. Never again.

Not sure how that happens but apparently it can! I really hope this "manager" never has to deal with half of the terrible circumstances I have in the last 6 months, in her whole life. Chris came out, picked the lock, made new door keys and programmed a new fob. This all happened within an hour of calling. Professional, kind, honest, and above all else handy! He has put together furniture, installed blinds, moved appliances and furniture, installed the appliances, fixed smoke detectors and ceiling fans and this is just the services he has performed for us in the last year. He even moves the large stuff like pianos and pool tables. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
