I did speak to someone working from home (kids in background) twice and was told she would get right back to me same day. Never received a call back. The driver on the delivery end tried to double our price due at the time of delivery. We insisted and only paid what was on the contract. Why would he do this! check the Better Business Bureau. Over 150 complaints in the last three years. To end on a positive note. My only positive thing to say-The driver who picked up in the beginning was very pleasant and efficient.
