Terrible administracion. Llamamos al lugar por adelantado y nos dijeron que cerraban a las 5. Llegamos a las 3:40 PM con la familia el día de las madres y nos dijeron que no nos podíamos sentar en ningún sitio excepto la barra. éramos un grupo de 9 personas. If you are in the area and would like to eat some high grade baked goods, this is the place to go. The whole menu is worth a try but they have a two feet long quesito that is delicious and ready to share (or not). The staff is friendly and quick with your orders. The place is decorated with a Roman theme but there is very little Italian on the menu. I think is just preference of the owner. El lugar ha mejorado mucho, tienen un area separada ahora para café y ofrecen leches alternativas (almendra, avena, etc).. Me ordené un sorullito relleno de queso (que estaba recién hecho y crujiente y calientito), y estaba súper bueno! Después me tome un café con leche de almendra de 8oz, y me pareció que estaba bien preparado. Today I attempted to order online only to find out that they prepare the food once you arrive. What?! Even then, the manager had to call to validate my order. Was at this place ordered bread pudding, merengue, quesitos, which were a few days old , tasted disgusting thrown in the garbage. My husband ordered club sandwich and caldo gallego both were cold . This is my last visit here last time the hot coffee as cold but I guess that the trend. It's a cute bakery, I enjoy the food when I could pronounce what I want to order. There is only one female employee who is a cunt, she acts like she can't understand me when I'm saying what I want in Spanish even when I spell it out phonetically but if I say it in English, she goes "no English". Why the hell is she a cashier? All the other employees are pleasant and friendly. I dread getting her when I'm in line, there are usually three cashiers but I always "win the lottery" when I get her.
