To which I received another email saying they've reached out to the people that handle the online ordering but have not gotten a response. No Christmas present arrived for my sister.... I reached out again on the 26th as I never heard back with any information. This time I received a response saying they are reaching out to the owners. Well we are now on Friday the 29th and still no idea where my order is and no response from the company. I've left a voice mail and tried to message through social media but all attempts to reach someone instruct you to email the worthless email address where clearly the person answering the emails doesn't know anything. I'll be contacting my bank today to stop payment and dispute this purchase as they are obviously not a trustworthy company to buy from. Beware!!!

He may just have been having an off day, but still I wasn't happy with the mistake. I called in to discuss the error and the associate who answered the phone tried to make the error right, but didn't have the authority. She was super polite and it was clear she wasn't going to let the error go until it was made right by me. She offered to escalate to her manager. Less than 5 minutes after that call I get a call from Rudi who went above and beyond to make things right. The clothes are fine, but it's getting the type of exceptional care that Rudi and her associate provided which make for repeat business. Definitely be shopping with Peter Millar again. People like this need to be in leadership roles.

They have a wonderful selection of hides and skins at decent prices. I needed leather to replace some on a coffee table that had been destroyed by a carelessly-deposited pumpkin. I found the perfect piece. Then I went back because I'm going to cover an antique (late 19th century) trunk with leather. It was formerly covered in canvas, which can get filthy. I bought a side of navy that should do nicely. I wish that I made clothes, or purses, because some of the leather and suede, in turquoise, rose, and deep black, were just GORGEOUS. But I don't. They carry all kinds of textured leather, as well, and occasionally have exotic skins. They also have rugs made from full skins. They do not cut pieces of leather. So you might luck out finding a piece suitable for your needs, or end up with a lot of leftover leather. But they have several sizes available, which is a plus. I bought a double shoulder for the coffee table and a side for the trunk. I need to come up with other things to cover with leather.Or maybe just sell the leftovers. The quality is wonderful. There are various grades of leather, priced accordingly. The staff here is exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable.
