My husband works for Composit Pannel, an offshoot owned by the Horchels. When He started he requested direct deposit and gave the person in charge of hr a canceled check. SEVEN WEEKS LATER after weeks of getting run around while trying to find out why direct deposit hadent started yet, we had to give them our info again. Two weeks after that we find she deposited it into the WRONG ACCOUNT. For all we know it was hers. The company reimbursed him and looked into the matter, she was fired because she had messed up almost everything she was responsible for. Now they want him to pay them back for the money THIER HEAD OF HR STOLE. They threaten my husband on a daily basis, harrasing him, he is feeling that he has no choice but to quit. He drives over an hour there without compliant because he is loyal and the company does this to him. I can't imagine how they treat employees that are not loyal..... read more

Established in 1996.

Owners Karl and Louie Horschel merged their separate machine shops to create Horschel Brothers in 1996. The company now employs 130 men and women, making it one of the largest organizations in Springville, New York. The Horschel Company umbrellas Horschel Brothers Precision, Jaybrake and Vibratech, as well as being strategic partners with Composite Panel Solutions and Buffalo Turbine. The Horschel Companies are proudly ISO and TUV certified.

I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me…read more I have been a returning customer for 20 yrs. I live Alden Lancaster area, the first time I went through the phone book calling different shops, I was impressed when I called them and talked to Kevin. This gentleman was honest and up front about what could be wrong. They repaired my 2000 caravan cylinder head that overheated, jump a head a few years car ran great but was in accident. So then got a 2005 grand caravan had a few problems talked with Kevin again his great staff fixed both heads car is still running with324,000miles and going strong . Then I had to repair broken exhaust studs on my 1984 rv I took it apart they extracted all the broken studs retapped checked to make sure not warped and pressure check , rv still running great. I have taken my 2.3l turbo head in with bent valves, I got it back and installed and it jump time same day I reinstalled. They were so concerned they were calling to tell me ways how and what to check before total tare down. Unfortunately had to dare down and have some of the valves replaced. They were so nice they even apologized for what they had to charge me. I completely understood it was not there fault car jumped time it was a fluke They gave me a lot advise on what I should change from there professional staff, I have since purchased what they advised to also replace. A very professional young man Shane even spent much time going over the reinstall because he had done his 2.3l mazda rebuild. This company is shady! Beware! Corfu Machine has had my hydraulic hammer for over 2 years. They…read morepicked it up to give me a repair estimate. The price they quoted was outrageous, so I decline. Several months go by and I reach out wondering where my hammer is?? Apparently they "lost it" and offered to give me "different" hammer as a "scrap value equivalent" I have called an left several messages to a Glenn - who has not once returned my phone call(s). In one of my messages, I state that the lawyers will be contacted and what-do-you-know... my hammer has suddenly been found! But in order to get my hammer back, a fake bill was generated. Corfu machine is demanding this bogus invoice be paid before the release the hydraulic hammer they have had in their possession for over 2 years!!!! Corfu machine are FRAUDS ,they are UNETHICAL and have ZERO INTEGRITY.

They showed me what needed to be done and explained everything to me and showed me the bad parts. There was no questions that they needed to be replaced. Unfortunately they had to keep my vehicle overnight but they gave me ride to my mother in laws house roughly 45 minutes away. Plus offered to pick me up the next day from Olean to Springville to pick up the car after it's done. Never known any other shop that will do this. Plus they gave me discounts on the parts with warranty and labor on the parts. So actually came out to be about the same price as I can get from the parts store. Tires I got Goodyear tires instead of Mavis tires for about the same price due to the Goodyear Rebate Credit. I usually get name brand tires anyways since I'm not too familiar with Store Brand Tires.

I was explained everything in detail and had pictures on my invoice so I could see what's going on with my vehicle. They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work. It's was easy to pay at time of pickup for my vehicle by a text link and email option because I was coming after they closed. Also they told me they do send out coupons in the mail. I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. After my initial estimate from Progressive I took my car to Carubba and they handily beat the estimate and even helped me out with a rental car and on my deductible. On top of that, they have free defensive driver classes with any repair. Haven't taken them up on that yet. The waiting room is clean and has free Keuring coffee. The repair itself was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. A nice suprise was that the interior of my car was detailed, too. Not just new car smell...I mean $100 Delta Sonic level detailed. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
