Anyways, after removing my tank, and even my own personal hose from the line to the regulator i have yet to receive our agreed upon credit. After calling I was told that they had no recollection of our deal... Beware of shady business practices such as this from Reliable Propane. Over the phone, a Rinker agent told us that they'd refund the payment, and then we'd proceed with the payment plan as intended, but they never did. I called again, and their agent confirmed that they had processed the refund, and I should contact my bank. I did, and my bank couldn't find any attempt at a refund. I called Rinker back, and they informed me that because the purchase "fell under a different pay period" that they couldn't process the refund. Why lie to me in the first place? If the previous agent was incorrect, they should have called me when they realized the mistake instead of leaving me to pester my bank about it. Left us struggling through the holidays since we could not afford to pay the full payment in a lump sum.
