They damaged my vehicle when I brought it in for an oil change and tried to steal my brand new…read morewheel lock key. I had to drive back to get the key after I discovered it missing from the cup holder I'd left it in. Since they didn't rotate the tires, there was no need to remove the key. They also pried one of my cargo hooks out of the trunk area and have refused to fix it or compensate me for the damage. I filed a BBB complaint and the Service Center manager Melissa, who has never even returned my call, denied everything- even removing the wheel lock key. Kia tells me they have no jurisdiction over this dealership. I had previously purchased a car through them, but never again will they get my business!!! Also the GM Kyle who said he would pay for the part and give me employee pricing on the repair never followed through, although he did send me a weird email after I wrote this review.
