He quickly prepared an estimate and explained everything thoroughly. Roland showed up on time - (He was there when he said he would be) even letting me know he was in his way 45 minutes out. The work was thorough, Roland even made adjustments to the existing garage door to allow it to close more smoothly. When the job was complete, the job site was cleaned up and returned to original condition. I would not hesitate to use Art's Overhead Door again and I would recommend Roland to my friends. 2 Thumbs Up!!!

He said he would repair our existing doors on one garage then install a new door on a small barn. Then he said he would not repair the existing doors. He claimed the door opening built by the barn contractor was completely wrong and offered to have his friend fix it for $1,800. Instead the barn contractor added a 2x4 at the header and boxed out the sides a bit for free. Roland tried to pressure me in to proceeding with him. He said he misquoted the job and lowered the price by a thousand dolalrs. After having met with him twice and spending a lot of time texting I had no way of knowing what he was and wasn't go to do so I went with a different company.

The (I'm assuming) manager said that unfortunately, it's not something they have in store and I should check the website replacement parts section. I checked, and it was not available to purchase. They then worked with me to figure out how to get me a replacement jack handle, and within a few minutes, I had one that worked with my jack. I'm currently on a road trip, partly to do a couple of track days at Watkins Glen and have the jack with me in case I need to check or fix something on my car. The people at the store were very helpful and went above expectations to get me a replacement part right away. Whether it's a store near home or several states away, it's good to know that Harbor Freight's customer service is consistently excellent in every store I've been to.
