So not only do I have sentimental reasons for loving this restaurant so much, but the food is still phenomenal! I'm not sure what has kept me from visiting the new building but I will return wayyyyy more frequently! The ambiance is perfect for a date or nice family dinner. It was date night for me and my boyfriend- no special reason but we were both hungry. There was a piano player which was a really nice touch. We really enjoyed the songs he played. 10/10! Our waitress was very attentive, my glass was never empty of Dr. Pepper, which btw is really good for some reason. Very crisp! We ordered the combo appetizer- fried calamari rings, shrimp scampi, stuffed mushrooms, and everything is separated by a delicious sautéed spinach. This alone stuffed us! Oh my goodness, everything was delicious. The stuffed mushrooms were our favorite- very flavorful and cheesy. The pink sauce is the best! The shrimp scampi sauce was perfect to dip the garlic knots that are brought to the table. And the fried calamari is nice and crispy and tender. You can't go wrong! For our entrees (we were so stuffed we could only eat a few bites) we ordered the lobster ravioli and the Italian trio - fettuccine Alfredo, chicken Parmesan, and lasagna. Unbelievably good! All of the sauces were outstanding on each pasta. I am so glad to have revisited such cherished memories eating at Niki's and I will be back!

We arrived at the bar and our friends told us the kitchen was closed. Several friends went to DQ and got burgers. The guy helping behind the bar was drinking a beer. I had 2 bottles of water and my husband had a Dr Pepper and 2 refills (using the same cup). Our total was $8. Thankfully we had cash. The bar has a $10 minimal purchase to use a credit card. No signage stating there was a $10 minimal purchase. Overall...its better than their old bar but I probably won't be back.
