The explanation given that the system "couldn't handle the wind" is deeply concerning. If awnings advertised and installed for cold weather cannot be safely used in windy conditions, that is a serious operational and safety issue that should be addressed before guests are seated underneath them. Instead, customers were left exposed, freezing, and ignored. What made this worse was not the weather, but the complete lack of accountability or alternative solutions. No effort to relocate guests, no escalation to management, just repeated refusal. This reflects poor planning and even worse customer care. Management should take this seriously. I would expect someone to reach out, because this experience alone is enough to keep us and others from returning.

Their mustard seed ketchup was interesting to see but very tasty. Even our picky eater thought it was good not that he strayed from the regular ketchup! The only thing we didn't try was their whisky cake because we were too full from our meals. My wife thinks this means we should go back just for appetizers & dessert. I'd say the margarita was just a margarita, and the water in the fancy jug was definitely gross tap water, but every other food and drink item was perfection. The restaurant is appealing and clean inside. I am glad we were seated in one of the side porch areas where there is sunlight and fewer folks. The interior is quite dark and loud, but nothing outrageous. It's just that style of restaurant. Happy hour is weekdays 3-6, with a small selection of popular drinks for $7.
