This is one of the greatest treasures in this area. All items are donations and all people working there are volunteers. The items are high quality at a very discounted price. All proceeds go to back to help the community. If you can't find something you need inside then you must have everything you want. Oh I forgot to mention everyone working there is polite and friendly and ready to help. read more

Quality brand name clothing and shoes. Very well organized. Great selection of collectables. Low book selection as no one really buys used books anymore. There are alot of grouped household items. Love this place. Prices are reasonable. I was able to find some nice items. The only issue is some isles are tight and only 1 person at a time can go down. Makes it hard when you are trying to see what is on the bottom shelf. I woukd highly recommend this place. I plan on going there more often. read more

The only reason for one star is due to a Lady I guess is the Manager. We moved to Lady Lake in October 2018 and found this to be our "Go TO" place for extra things we needed. The merchandise was good, store was clean, and staff helpful and friendly, until one Sat morning in Nov. We arrived early and entered the store with several other customers who were waiting for opening. As we entered the front door we were immediately stopped by a Lady we had not seen in the store before. In a very rude manner she told us we could not bring our Service Dog into store. We showed her his ID Card. He is trained to alert me of a medical condition BEFORE I actually feel the effects. It give me 15-20 minutes to take necessary actions/med to avoid passing out. My Dog is a Certified Medical Assist Service Dog. He will not get 3 feet away from me, he has never had an accident in a store, he DOES NOT BARK and has been to school to get Certified. He wears his jacket and His ID Card is visible. He has been in this store many times with me. This Lady (?) was rude and embrassing in front of other customers stating they had accidents with dogs and their policy had changed: NO DOGS ALLOWED. According to Federal Law which registered my Dog as a Service Dog, entrance cannot be refused!!! He has flown overseas, been on a cruise, eaten at every restaurant, visited the Naval Academy and countless museums. He goes everywhere I go and there has NEVER been a problem. Somebody should tell the Upper Management that their Manager is rude and doesn't know the law!!!! Don't worry....I won't be back. read more

Just got kicked out 10 minutes before they closed. The lady was suuuuper nasty to us when asking us to leave. No warning that they were closing. The store itself was almost empty and the merch they do have looks dirty. I think this place is starting to go down hill :( read more

We witnessed them turn away customers (and wouldn't even let them in the door!!) at 4:25 pm. I kid you not, let me repeat, they would not open the door for a sweet little lady who had arrived 35 minutes prior to close. Does management know that the staff is doing this? Absolutely absurd. Also worth pointing out that this was not a one time instance. We've witnessed this on multiple occasions.

The experience went like this: 1. I called them first to ensure they were taking clothing donations. They said yes, but they were about to close for the day, their hours for receiving donations were 10-4 M-F. I said I will come the following day during their stated time with a clothing donation. 2. The following day I drove to the only location I had seen on social media on Rt. 44 in Wildwood, and followed their signs to the back of the building for donations. I was met by a man there who when I got out of the car didn't greet me with anything but: "what kind of donation are you making?" I said "clothes". His answer: "we don't take them here". That appeared to be the end of discussion with him. But I pushed on, informing him that I had called yesterday and was informed that they did take clothes donations. He then responded with: we have another location that takes clothes donations, next to the Wildwood City Hall. I built my tongue thinking about the lack of accurate information I'd gotten so far, but instead said "thanks" and drove to the City Hall area and found the other store. 3. I went in the front of the store after seeing no other entrances for donations, and stopped at the cashier's desk. The cashier asked "Can I help you?" A good start I thought. But no, when I asked about providing a clothes donation, her response was "Did you look at the sign on the front door?" I admitted I had not (the front door was covered with info when I walked in so I my reaction to it was: it's probably best if I talk to a real person before proceeding. Her second response was to provide me with instructions on how to go around the block to get to the back door of the store and leave the donation on the stoop there, because no one would be present until the afternoon to receive it. The lack of courtesy and erroneous instruction was astounding! You'd think they would recognize that without donors they have no ability to achieve their mission!

Instead, I found a beautifully staged, high-end showroom with prices that sit noticeably higher than stores selling brand new furniture. It reminded me of walking into a place called Discount Diamonds and realizing the only thing discounted is your hope. Inside, there is so much motion and so many staff members floating around that it honestly feels like a Hollywood set being prepped between scenes. People adjusting lighting, straightening decor, moving props, resetting the stage. It's impressive to watch but also a little funny because you start to wonder who exactly the intended shopper is. Whoever that lucky demographic might be, it is certainly not me. They even have a cute holiday special where you pick an envelope off a Christmas tree and win ten percent off. Very charming until you open it and see all the conditions. Valid for this item, not that one. Not combinable. Not transferable. Not applicable to anything you were excited about. Still adorable, just... selectively useful. The best part is that I genuinely do enjoy this store. The style is gorgeous, the furniture is unique, and it's fun just to walk around and take it all in. I just never end up buying anything because the prices sit about three times higher than what I can find elsewhere. It's unintentionally amusing in the sweetest way. A store called Almost Perfect that is, fittingly, almost in my budget.

The owner is frustrated with us??? His wants to cancel our items that are nbot yet delivered (over four months now) and charge a restocking fee!! Have not received any money back although he said he would mail out a check (three weeks ago). If you buy from this store make sure you do not pay up front

Went into the store today, am a frequent buyer. 2 counter height stools front of the store with prices attached $23 each. Immediately called a saleslady over to help me and she took the prices off and was bringing them up to the register. I was the first person on line to pay when in walks a lady who already had purchased 2 of the stools and said "I called and told them to hold the stools for me". I had money in hand and the lady behind the counter said to me "I'm sorry but you cannot purchase them because the customer had phoned and asked me to hold them for her. Well in that case they should have taken the price off the of both stools and put a hold or sold sign on them. I was first in line to pay and thought that the adage "first come, first served" would apply but to my extreme disappointment, it did not. They were all very apologetic and insisted that she should have the stools instead of me. This would never serve in any other store and only serves as complete incompetence and ignorance. If this lady had not returned to purchase them what would they do to her...nothing. Yet, I who was there first with money in hand to pay was left in total amazement at the lack of consideration. She the lady, had 2 stools already. Why didn't she purchase them or at the very least pay for them before she left for home with the other 2 stools. I had to leave the store I frequent frequently with nothing in hand. I am totally disgusted with the way the volunteers handled this situation and don't know when if ever I'll be back. I live in The Villages and if I knew who to complain to about this I would so that it doesn't happen to any one else. Why didn't these many volunteers put a hold or sold sign on these stools? Well the sold sign doesn't apply since they were not paid for nor a deposit left for them. However, they are lax to have not put a hold sign on and taken the price tags off these items. This is how disappointed I am. If you shop there, I hope this never happens to you. Do not waste your money or time coming to the store. They chase you through the store, telling you to leave because they are getting ready to close in 10 minutes as you walk in the door. They are just very disrespectful to people. Spend your money wisely somewhere else. It's owned by the medical professions which explains it All. I would give no stars if I could and just to reiterate these volunteers are the most rudest, most ignorant disrespectful unfriendly did I say rude assholes. read more

This thrift store is amazing! Inventory is constantly changing, you could be there when they open and by the time they close there's a whole new selection of things to choose from. One visit just isn't enough to get a good impression of all the neat things that come in. read more
