We were in…read morethe emergency care for 13 hours, the first doctor was good, with the exception that he ordered an unnecessary x-ray, the ultrasound technician stayed on her phone and did not properly do the ultrasound, as we later found out back in the states. The. Emergency room was so cold that patients came in with quilts, they had experienced this before. Urine drainage bag or catheter bags were being drained into 2 liter coke bottles. The hospital was not well equipped, and was truly understaffed. The entire 13 hours, I was not given a bed, just a chair. Being a territory of the United States receiving funding we expected everyone to be bilingual but most emergency employees did not speak English. Came back home to do all the workout again.

Más tarde, el mismo día, por la noche, el siguiente turno de personal COMETIÓ EL MISMO ERROR. Mi tío pidió trasladarla a otra habitación, y la otra habitación estaba en malas condiciones. La calidad de la atención deja mucho que desear, al menos para los pacientes inmunocomprometidos, para quienes los cuidados paliativos deberían ser la prioridad. --- Horrible hospital. Their security is a joke. They tell visitors to share a singular visitor pass and to pass around their identification to other people. A patient could be dying and they don't allow family to say goodbye, other than two at a time. My grandmother was here on oxygen and when they hooked her up to the wall oxygen, the line failed after a minute and she was left with no air. After raising a ruckus and bringing up the problem FIVE TIMES, they finally brought in an oxygen tank. Later the same day, at night the next shift of staff MADE THE SAME MISTAKE. My uncle asked to move her to a different room, and the other room was in bad condition. The quality of care leaves much to be desired, at least for immunocompromised patients, for whom palliative care should the priority.

Some family members recommended we change to this clinic because they have the pharmacy, laboratory and specialist right there in the same complex. Well, our experience has been worst and we regret switching to this provider. On Monday, April 5 2021 my husband had to seek medical attention at the ER. He had some X-rays done and given some meds for pain. On Tuesday morning we took the prescription to the dr. So he could sign it and send it to their pharmacy. After we waited for an hour the secretary told us that the dr had to see his patients first then he would sign the prescription and when it was ready they would call us. We waited for the call and next day Wednesday the call did not come in. In the midst of this I keep calling the office and there's never an answer. On Thursday we went to the clinic to see what was going on with the prescription and also to take the xrays to the dr. The person outside (they assist patients from a tent outside) took our information and told us to wait that the secretary or nurse would call us. We waited in our cars for another two hours, no call. Friday we went back to see if we could finally speak to the dr or nurse, again the person at the curb took our information and phone number to give to the secretary. We waited and waited and to no avail. Today, Monday, April 12 I called several times and still no answer. We decided to go to the office and once more the person out on the curb took the info and he was almost mad that we were there again, he said "I don't know what else to do". we gave him our phone number and proceeded to the parking lot. Waited there an hour and 20 minutes for nothing, we weren't able to get an answer even in person. I called the medical plan and filed a complaint. We are now in the process of switching to a new provider!!! DO NOT GO THERE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, LOOK FOR A BETTER PLACE FOR MEDICAL ATTENTION!!! If there was a negative one star I would rate it with it!
