Dr Pesick-Caine is so nice and works well with our son. She tries to make things fun for him even though it's tough for babies at his age to understand what's going on! The front desk is as friendly as you'd expect - nothing impressive and they usually don't crack a smile but I can't hold that against this office because I've experienced this at every office in NE Ohio. We also saw Dr Robinson once in Dr Pesicks absence and she was very nice as well. Since merging with Cleveland Clinic I haven't noticed any real big differences except they now require more paperwork.

Our mother suffered a debilitating stroke at a fairly young age and was not ready to even think about nursing or assisted living care. After many months of in hospital therapy and a short stay in assisted living, with the help of Nick and his group she was able to move back home where they provide daily help to her as she continues her recovery. Cannot say enough about the wonderful care that she receives from Adam and Karen. They help with everything from laundry, house-cleaning, walking the dog, going to appointments, cooking/prepping food, personal grooming to simple daily companionship. Adam and Karen are very considerate and have been so very wonderful to her. They do anything she asks them to do and she is very happy with them. The whole group at Blue Dots Cares is very knowledgeable and they have worked with our family to make sure we have the best caregivers to meet our needs. Tried to enroll in expensive concierge service for quality healthcare. On my initial call, I was…read moretold Dr Morledge was taking new patients and was capable of managing my healthcare. Eager and excited to find a well rounded physician, I hung up and rearranged my finances to pay for services. I called back multiple times less than an hour later, no answer. After leaving a voice and text I finally got a call back and was told that Morledge didn't have capacity to see me for at least month and I would need to wait for an appointment just like a normal clinic after paying. $4000 per year to be treated like a normal clinic?!! Insane and frustrating to dump time and money into doing the right thing for health and be met with such apathy and misguided advertising. This clinic is acting like a concierge service but you will a classic clinic experience. Buyer beware.
