I purchased two flavored Macanudo cigars swiped my card and realized that the cigar which retail price was $10.99 was $22.99. The owner cited a computer error with the barcode system as she checked the same brand cigar with the wrong price. Instead of refunding my money she offered another cigar of the same brand To justify the $36.02 total. Whereas I only wanted two cigars as I'm a casual cigar smoker. This was my first time visiting and my last time. I will remain loyal with my regular tobacco shop.

I had to settle for something different than my normal product a different format and a different flavor for twenty-one seventy-nine cash - since I'm just passing through the area it's unlikely that I'd ever return here, apparently their focus is more of an online business a than brick and mortar store front. I love the 800 hit Tangerine but with the limited options I pick the 3500 hit Blueberry Mint sounds delicious right - well it's like smoking a mild Marlboro Ultra Light and having to go with Lucky Strikes not close to what I was expecting or liked so it was bust although the service was a little better than the product selection at least in the fume brand - a waste of my money gets these guys two stars begrudgingly...

Well managed, Oman (sp) is super nice and recognizes repeat customers and has a plethora of things in his store including those late night needed household items you run out of at 10 and just don't want to go to publix or kroger. Serving locally for some time, EZ is a standard for the locals . Really like this place. Hard to Find if New to area- pull through Jeffries and keep going to the next building. He's in the corner. Great staff, plenty of coffees beer grocery items when needed. Great team her!!

last night we came into the store to buy some reduced fat milk, the guy that we bought it from was…read moresuper nice. We left no problem, we open the milk last night to it being chunky and it having bad oder meaning it had gone bad. The expiration date was July 16th. We came back to the store at 11:30 in the morning to give the milk back in hopes of getting a refund, we walk up to the counter to a guy that was super rude. he gave us attitude and sighed at the fact we didn't want another milk because we didn't want the same issue to happen again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
