I love the 800 hit Tangerine but with the limited options I pick the 3500 hit Blueberry Mint sounds delicious right - well it's like smoking a mild Marlboro Ultra Light and having to go with Lucky Strikes not close to what I was expecting or liked so it was bust although the service was a little better than the product selection at least in the fume brand - a waste of my money gets these guys two stars begrudgingly...

I purchased two flavored Macanudo cigars swiped my card and realized that the cigar which retail price was $10.99 was $22.99. The owner cited a computer error with the barcode system as she checked the same brand cigar with the wrong price. Instead of refunding my money she offered another cigar of the same brand To justify the $36.02 total. Whereas I only wanted two cigars as I'm a casual cigar smoker. This was my first time visiting and my last time. I will remain loyal with my regular tobacco shop.

June 18th, I ingested the tainted chocolates bought at Smoke Side the day before. As soon as I was physically able, I called to notify them what had happened to prevent further harm to anyone else. That was my only agenda. An hour later, I'm assuming after they researched my claims themselves, *they* called back very concerned and offered to rectify a situation I hadn't even thought of and suggested to refund/exchange my purchase price. I NEVER ASKED FOR ANYTHING because I wasn't blaming them!!! They offered. Which was cool. I accepted and came in the next day only to be treated with suspicion until I could be helped by the person who was familiar with the situation. Fine. Whatever. I received my refund and was also offered an in-store credit. I was a bit disappointed by the previous employee's attitude so I accepted and opted to come back at a later date to use it. August, today, came back to use my in-store credit and was told by the original employee from day 1 and 2 that I was mistaken and I was only offered one credit or the other. Remember, I never asked for or expected anything and in their attempts to make a bad situation better they just made the victim feel like a piece of by not remembering their own promises. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There will not be a third time as I will not spend my money in an establishment that has made a habit of being reckless in their dealings with their customers. Well, at least this one, anyway.

Well managed, Oman (sp) is super nice and recognizes repeat customers and has a plethora of things in his store including those late night needed household items you run out of at 10 and just don't want to go to publix or kroger. We left no problem, we open the milk last night to it being chunky and it having bad oder meaning it had gone bad. The expiration date was July 16th. We came back to the store at 11:30 in the morning to give the milk back in hopes of getting a refund, we walk up to the counter to a guy that was super rude. he gave us attitude and sighed at the fact we didn't want another milk because we didn't want the same issue to happen again.
