This Publix has a jelly belly jelly beans machine on the wall you can fill up 1 to 2 pound bags of your favorite flavor which helped me because I can only deliver to her once a week and I swear she lives on jellybeans. The place is laid out well and I also get her other supplies here when I'm here because I can jump on 85 and be down to Hamilton Mill in no time where she's located. Staff is great the deli and bakery have great selections as well as the flowers. Another great public location highly recommend!

I previously turned over to them 3 months of refills from the pediatrician and have only filled two. Today they tell me they don't have the 3rd refill on file and look at me with blank stares as if they didn't royally mess up. They did not appear troubled in the least. This is not only extremely frustrating for me since I now have to go back to the pediatrician a month early and my son will most likely run out of his medication before we can be seen, but it is a dangerous and suspicious business to be losing prescriptions for controlled substances.

Questions are often ignored or many times patience for just a second is too much to give to a customer who needs to know where something is and visual gestures don't help. I've NEVER experienced being dismissed or ignored in 12-14 years of shopping here. I don't know all the names of the great people. However, my visit today to the meat counter was exemplary as usual. I'd placed an order Saturday with Amy. Amy followed up by phone. I believe Ty, the manager placed my order and made sure it was just as I wanted it cut, and the quantity I needed. Jaiden was there today to serve me with a smile. My order was ready and waiting for me. Jaiden packed it in my cart and helped me on my way. I did not get the cashier and bagger's names, but I hope they know I appreciate them as well. I let them know verbally. This is normal for the store. The bonus is high quality meat that far surpasses the superstores with off-colored meat if they can sneak it on you. I'm writing a review today because this kind of service is rare in larger chains.
