But, since we have used South Paw for years and love it we knew this was the best case scenario for boarding. Boy were we right! She came out of her shell and into her own in relating to the staff. We had to book a dog boarding last minute for Thanksgiving and a lot of the other larger places…read morejust had so many dogs and not enough space. We eventually found this place and they were SO welcoming! We dropped them off and they had so many great options for the dogs, including licky mats and a Thanksgiving meal! We got some amazing pictures and they really went above and beyond to play with the dogs and make sure that they were well loved and exercised. They even put their food into kongs to give them more stimulation. Really such a wonderful caring place and for half the price of what we would have paid at a dog hotel where they wouldn't have gotten that love and attention. I'm actually so disappointed we live so far away, otherwise they would be here for every vacation!

When we arrived for the appointment we met with the groomer, Kelly, and spent a short time describing what we were looking for. She nailed it first time and we were impressed! When our pup goes back for her next visit we feel confident what's expected and sure they can deliver. Eric and Sam were so patient with me and took their time teaching me everything I needed to know so that my dog would continue to be successful. Secondly, I am a terrible procrastinator and things completely slip my mind. Multiple times they have worked with me last minute to get my pups in for boarding. Most importantly, my dogs love it there! I will forever recommend Katz. Even to my friends that live in Philadelphia!
