I was in need…read moreof a kennel at the last minute and when I called Country Critters, they had availability and good reviews, so I used them. When I picked my dog up the lady asked if I could go get my dog with her because he was too scary for her (hes a 10 month old puppy who loves everyone). When I got to his kennel, it had multiple piles of diarrhea every where in his run and the lady said "oh my he must have just done this because this wasn't here a few minutes ago." I glanced over and saw several other runs with dogs that also had diarrhea every where as well, so it was obvious they don't clean the runs. When we got home my dog had nothing but diarrhea and got me up every hour to take him out. The next morning he had explosive diarrhea and now blood in his stool. This continued through out the day, so I had to take him to the vet to be seen. I CANNOT believe a place like this is still in business. This place is filthy and needs to close its doors. You cant get peoples animals sick and not be held liable. Steer clear from this place, unless you want your dog to become very sick.

She utilized PPE to ensure safety and was respectful towards our concerns on all visits until Covid precautions could be lifted. She has always responded when I have questions and is dependable when I have concerns. Her bus is clean and always presentable. Her digital notification and payment system is makes things so much easier than dealing with others. She is highly trained and involved in the dog grooming community. I LOVE that it's all women, it makes me feel 100000x more comfortable. They always go above and beyond. At least once or twice my girl has had accidents in the house (those puppy days) and they've cleaned it up! They keep a notebook at your house and you get a note each time - which is really nice to come home knowing she took care of all her business, or even if they noticed something concerning. I've even had one of the owners/managers text me immediately when they've noticed something REALLY concerning. I have a Furbo camera so I sometimes end up seeing them bringing her back into her bedroom, and it's clear they love her just as much as I do, and it's clear Annie loves them. I have sacrificed other things in my budget in order to have them come 4 times a week, and it is completely worth it for the peace of mind I get during the weekday. ADW was recommended to me, and I am SO glad. I don't think I could recommend them enough.
