I live in Upper Marlboro, Maryland so I wanted to spend some time with my niece and nephew while also petting puppies! Little did we know of a hidden gem called Just Puppies located in Towson, Maryland! We were referred to go to this location by a staff member from a pet store in Foundry Row. When we first walked into the establishment of Just Puppies, there were 3 staff members and the place was very bright and well lit. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to pet and play with the dogs for FREE! They explained the process of playing with the puppies and designated which playroom to go in to play with the dogs. My niece and I could play with 2 dogs at a time as long as they were in the same cage before we played with them. The dogs in the same cage have the Same germs, vaccine, etc. I highly recommend coming to this location if you are looking to play with puppies and may be interested in purchasing a dog. Taking the donations to the MDSPCA, I was able to see just how awesome the staff still is, how clean and organized the kennels are, and just how beautiful the building is. The dogs awaiting adoption were clean and looked comfortable in their cozy kennels with toys, blankets, cots, etc. Of course, I wanted to take them all home with me, but Shadow's my bestest boy and being 13 1/2, he's my one and only for now.

We were able to get a dog tag printed on the spot before we left, along with some other goodies. There is also an upstairs sales floor. Parking is available behind the store if you turn on Hampnett Ave. You can either enter the store through the back or walk around the block to the front entrance (we did this due to the rain and mud). I am 100% sure they kidnapped my cat from my community and hostage her for donation and selling as a business rather than a non profit organization. Pure intention matters! The missing time for my cat and the one they posted online matches and the very detailed stripes pattern matches. My cat had died 2 weeks…read moreago this Saturday, BHS picked him up Monday following everything's great, and Veronica handled graciously, but I got a little nervous it's been almost 2 weeks, and nothing showed .So I called and I thought something had happened because usually someone would return your call and then leave a message. BHS, I also found out that they also do email messages, and I had to look for it amongst a sea of other emails. I don't really have any complaints about BHS . Well, hopefully, my kitty will be home soon. His ashes will be shipped tomorrow, and that is very reasonable the time it took and the cost of the cremation, I would definitely have BHS do another cremation if I had to
