I called corporate who transferred me to her phone. Always received a voicemail. It wasn't until this morning that I called with my bank and they kept calling over and over again that she finally started texting me but refused to get on a call with my bank. Instead wanted to argue and say staff members have never notified I was trying to reach her. Argued I have never called or left a voicemail. Refuses to address or fix the issues. So I have cancelled my account, reported to corporate, the BBB and attorney general. There are so many companies that offer this service. Use them and avoid this company!

They have great indoor/outdoor runs that give the dogs access to fresh air. The indoor area is heated and air conditioned and extremely clean. They also pick up and deliver if needed. PJ is a person who cares for her clients and their pets. Remote collar training is her expertise and a trained pet is happy and the owners are happy too.
