The food was much more than you would expect from a food trailer - it included creative and, dare I say even fancy, meals. We have heard their lasagna is really wonderful, but they had already sold out of it by the time we got there. We'll be heading back soon to check that out as well. They have outside seating next to the Deerhammer, which is a great place to add some local whiskey or gin to your meal.

The sticky rice was perfectly warm with fresh slices of mango on top, topped with a creamy sweet sauce! It was perfectly sweet with every bite with a good contrast of warmth and coolness from the mango. The Thai tea was sweet but I really enjoyed it! It's still even good after all the ice is melted if you want it a little less sweet. The melon coconut milk smoothie was very refreshing! I can't wait to try all the flavors they have. Boba was fine for a food truck that doesn't specialize in it. The salt level was a tad strong on our pad Thai, but since they are making each dish fresh to order, it's likely a tad bit too much sauce got splashed in. I am just grateful for such an authentic, fresh, Thai option in BV that I don't care and will try it again soon.
