The food was much more than you would expect from a food trailer - it included creative and, dare I say even fancy, meals. We have heard their lasagna is really wonderful, but they had already sold out of it by the time we got there. We'll be heading back soon to check that out as well. They have outside seating next to the Deerhammer, which is a great place to add some local whiskey or gin to your meal.

It was perfectly sweet with every bite with a good contrast of warmth and coolness from the mango. The Thai tea was sweet but I really enjoyed it! It's still even good after all the ice is melted if you want it a little less sweet. The melon coconut milk smoothie was very refreshing! I can't wait to try all the flavors they have. Wayne is a super friendly guy and gets points for being open early on Memorial Day morning! Parking wasn't difficult, though it was a holiday, and there are picnic tables and a small shelter (if you aren't planning on hitting the road).
