I've only experienced items from their food truck at an event at Churchill Downs in the past, so this was also my first time ordering at this location. I tried The Mac chopped salad and was pleased with the freshness and flavor. Would order it again. My friends tried loaded fries and a variety of burger choices. Everyone was happy. Counter staff person was friendly and helpful. He handed each of us a buzzer to alert when orders were available for counter pickup. Preparation was fast. Value with quality and quantity of food was comparable to other joints. We enjoyed the Mashup Food Hall venue and location overall. Several of my group did complain about the parking fee since we're used to free parking elsewhere. Sad to say that this might preclude future visits.

Our server was fairly new, but she was so excellent. She was so sweet and checked on us so many times. As we were getting up from our chairs, Whitney came by to say "Hi". She told Meghan that we had been her customers several times & that we had been so nice. She would loves us. That meant alot to us. Whitney had been so sweet and still remembered us. Even before we were seated, I noticed a server wearing a green bandanna speaking to another employee, who we later learned was the manager on duty, in a way that seemed unprofessional and unfriendly. After we were seated, my wife asked if we could move because she was cold. We then waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. When our server finally arrived, she acted like she didn't want to be there. My wife asked for a recommendation, but the response was vague and unhelpful. Our drink order was wrong. My wife and I ordered waters, and our son ordered a Sprite, but we received two lemonades and one water instead. After taking our order, our server disappeared. She never brought our food, checked on us, asked if we needed refills, or stopped by the table again. The manager walked past our table several times but never seemed interested in checking on our experience. The biggest issue was my son's meal. He ordered chicken sliders with the sauce on the side, but they arrived covered in sauce. Another employee took the meal back to be remade, but it came back wrong a second time. By then, my wife and I had already finished eating, and our son had been waiting nearly an hour without a proper meal. When I spoke with the manager, I asked that my son's meal be removed from the bill. Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, the manager offered excuses rather than solutions. Mistakes can happen, but it's how they're handled that matters. Unfortunately, the customer service from both our server and the manager was disappointing. We left frustrated, and based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location.
