Hermosillo has some of the best food *in the world*, and great options for mariscos, but Cayomango's menu is different than all others. Today I had the Tostada Wonton and it's a very original take on a seafood tostada. It was so good I ordered a second one. The tuna was fresh, the wonton tostada exactly the thickness you'd want, and the portions perfectly appropriate. It's a tad one the expensive side, but that doesn't take away from the rating in this case, as it's still worth every cent.

There is no doubt that this one reaches the excellent level. The food is all about tacos with the grilled meat in different forms. The seating area is typical for the local joints, with an open wall to the street, and grill exposed for the visitors. No fancy decorations needed, nor beyond basic wooden chairs and tables, because we are here for enjoying the most flavorful and tasty meat. My favorite is taco rasurado, a rib meat chopped into a flour or corn taco as you wish. I can assure any of the other variants are most tasty, too, such as the pastor and carne asada. In the middle of the area, you'll find toppings such as chile and avocado sauces, limes, etc. There is also charro-style frijoles, with a fantastic flavor. There are only a few places that stand out after living south of the border for the past 3 years. One of them was in the state of Sonora, but it was not Holy Cow.
