The toppings were all dumped thick in one spot making these nachos absolutely inedible. One bite was attempted and spit right out. I work in a professional kitchen. I understand mistakes can happen. However, a pos system should make things crystal clear. And, placing an order on line should be a double check that what you ordered would be correct. Folks always seem surprised we rarely eat out. This is why. After working my shift, holiday shifts and covering maternity leaves I am exhausted and just wanted a day off to rest and relax before going back at it again tomorrow. The kids wanted Taco Bell. I'm exhausted so that was fine with me. And.....this was my reward for days and days and days of work with no break. Overcharged, mixed up, partial inedible food.
