Hubby calked me upon arrival because they couldn't find the order info. A pickup name as well as my credit card name were all provided. One nacho was ordered lite bean, extra meat and cheese. The toppings were all dumped thick in one spot making these nachos absolutely inedible. One bite was attempted and spit right out. I work in a professional kitchen. I understand mistakes can happen. However, a pos system should make things crystal clear. And, placing an order on line should be a double check that what you ordered would be correct. Folks always seem surprised we rarely eat out.
