Their regular menu offers tacos, burritos and nacho boats with a choice of carne asada, chicken poblano or pork al pastor as well as churros. The produce used for topping is cut fresh daily. They also make a number of their own sauces ranging from mild to "whew, I need another beer!" On occasion they offer special items which we'll see more of next year. This includes handmade tamales, black bean soup, tostadas and taquitos. They reply fairly quickly to inquiries from their FB page and post their schedule weekly. Their permanent street spot is at the MIG parking lot. You will also find them at festivals, car shows and the local brewery on weekends.
