Wouldn't even bother leaving a review, but I am so tired of the poor service with this Hot Head. This is a "I'm not even joking" when I say every single time we ever order food from here at work my order is messed up. Whether it be the portion size of a Taco Bell burrito, or they don't even read my order. Today I ordered a burrito using a jalapeño cheddar tortilla and toasted, and got neither. If I ever order online, even though the first item on the receipt for my order that is printed and taped to my burrito specifically says "jalapeño cheddar tortilla", it was a normal flour tortilla. And this isn't the first time that has happened, I think maybe in 5 times trying to order my burrito with that tortilla I've received it once. I love their food. Very fresh and healthy. The employees are great. Price is good also.

Rushed service. Staff acted like they wanted me in and out. No other customers there. Did not even ask if I wanted to dine in. The guacamole was smashed on to the lid. It also was very sour. Chicken was overly peppery and spicy. Couldn't even eat half it was that bad. Called them. Talked to assistant manager. He didn't seem to care at first then said he would look into it. read more

serve safe training is a must here asap! employees must stop touching their face nose glasses and mouth with gloved hands then touching food! also again out of all sorts of foods it's a never ending issue. Arrived at 10:30 AM, they weren't ready for customers so I waited until they were. They started order but didn't have pan seared veggie. I had to wait on that. time is now 10:45. The food is really good but the service is so slow when it comes to pick up orders it's ridiculous! My order was supposed to be picked up by 8:20pm we got there a couple minutes later and it wasn't even ready until 8:35pm. This Hot Head is AMAZING! I've been here multiple times and every single time I go, I'm never disappointed! The employees are polite but the food has went down hill. I use to go a lot it was always good but not anymore I went yesterday and the burrito was hard, chicken was cold it, and wasn't very full when they rolled it up. It looked more like a taco then a burrito and the bowl the chicken was cold, quesco wasn't good. I am just disappointed. My wife and I were excited to try this place due to the commercials on TV. we stopped in at 9:30 Friday night on our way home from working. The two people behind the counter acted as if we were a bother to them. when we were ordering our food ( I had a burrito and wife had nachos) I could not believe how stingy they were with the the meat on the orders. My wife asked for nacho cheese sauce on her nachos ( duh) and the guy seemed aggrivated that he had to open a new batch of cheese. Then he proceeded to put enough cheese to MAYBE do 5-5 chips. My wife asked for more cheese and he acted as if it was coming out of his pocket and added a touch more. THEN he put the meat on my burrito and had a tiny little scoop that literally put a golf ball size scoop of beef in the middle of this huge burrito shell. My wife asked for shredded cheese and he informed her that it would cost her extra. I added grilled peppers and onions to my burrito and I would wager they did not put 5 pieces combined on the entire thing ( half hour to closing and I think they were trying to stretch it out) I added rice and a corn and even with all of the hot items I I put on my burrito it was ice cold. I will say that it was very good, my wifes nachos were.....well nachos. That and two drinks were over $17.00. At taco bell I would have had to have help carrying 17 bucks worth of food out to the car. As I said the flavor of my food was excellent and based on that I would give it another try hoping that the atitudes of the workers was just an isolated incident. I would give this a zero if I could. Working in the food industry for many years I am appalled at what I witnessed today in the Piqua restaurant. Who is running this ? I reached out to corporate , thankfully there are cameras in the place. One associate thought it was funny to reach her hand into a pan of chicken and carry a handful of chicken Over to the line into my ...yes my... chicken bowl...instead of replacing the container on the line. Then was humored by it. I went home and threw it in the trash as I don't know what all she touched ..plus walking in she brushed her hair. Who knows what else. She put not even a half a spoon of rice .I had to ask for extra just to get the right amount that they usually put in it. But what's the use...I had to throw it away. The manager on duty Chelsea...claimed she was the general manager yet told me to describe the person...then argued with me that no one worked there with curly hair. Although I never said how curly. She does have partial curls at the ends . But I didn't know at the time that I would have to give a complete description of the person before this manager would even care. Never in my life have I seen a restaurant be so unprofessional. They all need retrained . Is this the type.of business you want? Look at your most recent ratings. They are horrible...because your new staff just isn't doing well at all. Do not eat at this restaurant. Who knows what germs they are putting in your food. I will not be back until I know they fixed this issue. Watch how your food is made.all I can say and to the owners...really?? The last few reviews ...you apologize...that's it?? This was my second trip to Hotheads, but first at this location. The staff were great and so was the food. Quality and quantity. This is a chipotle business model, but with more options. My wife didn't care for the ground beef, but I thought the spicy steak was great. We will definitely go back. read more

Drove past the hothead sign on our way down to Cincinnati. Not feeling like any national fast food chain, hubby and I decided to stop and order a take out. The burritos are huge and packed with goodies! Similar in set up of a Subway, it is easy to create your own burrito or bowl. Hubbies spicy steak extreme habanero was so yum, I ended trading my ground beef hot-something-sauce for it! He liked mine better so we both won. Definitely worth checking out, so go try one for yourself :) ps there's also plenty of mild or no spice options available. read more

Hothead Burritos is pretty darn awesome! They are like Subway, except better and with burritos! Every time I have been in there, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the place is always really clean. If you haven't been there before, the staff are really friendly and helpful walking you through the process of ordering the perfect burrito. read more

The food is decent. The staff is always friendly and cheerful. The portion size could be better because it is half the size to competitor chipotle. The one thing hot head has going for them is the wide variety of sauces to cover your food in. I always go for the sweet habanero. Give hot head a try. read more

Food is always great, but I like to think it's all in presentation. I was very displeased with the front line worker with neck tattoos and other inappropriate tattoos all over her arms. Your workers are a direct reflection of your company and in my opinion that doesn't show much class. 5 stars for the food BUT the poor taste in hiring gets 1 star. read more

Hotheads is honestly the best restaurant of its type many options to choose from if you don't like spicy food you can still eat here if you love spicy food you can also eat here many options 10/10 restaurant the staff is always amazing and very friendly Looks like a great first job also read more
