I called in to order a large lemonade and iced tea The young man told me I needed to provide my credit card information and I told him I was driving and did not have it with me at the time. I called back a second time at 2:07 PM and let them know I was on my way and I was told that it was ready and waiting on me. I was not asked for my credit card information. I arrived and they told me that it wasn't ready. They never made it because they didn't have my credit card information. This is probably the single worst experience I've ever had with Chick fil A and I can guarantee you it will be the last I will never step foot in your restaurant again. Shame on your asst manager for treating your customers that way when i made the phone calls to you and placed an order with you and you assured me that it was ready only to find out it wasn't. 4 of us stopped here today for lunch. It's a good Chick fil A. I had a grilled checked sandwich and a crispy kale side. The chicken was juicy and delicious. It had lettuce and tomato on a soft bun. The crispy kale side was a great tasting salad. It came with a pack of almonds and a honey roasted BBQ dressing. For fast food it's a good place to stop and grab a bite to eat. read more

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A. It takes me about 45 minutes to get there one way but it's worth it. The staff is friendly and the food is always pretty good. A solid Chick-fil-A. A little hard to get to based on the plaza parking lot but easy enough! The two times we have come here the dining room inside has been closed because of COVID. Online or drive through was open. We ordered our food off the app and entered our parking spot number. Not too long after ordering a staff member came out and handed us our food! Be sure to download the app and start earning points for food/drink. We ate outside and our food was delicious. Orders came out correct. Fries nice and warm. Chicken is always good. Very happy! Waited 15+ minutes in line and THIS location refused to take a $100 bill for my order. Very rude management informed me they won't except $50 or $100 bills for payment (it's 2021 and a $100 is not a ton of money anymore). I was upset after waiting so long but was being polite until a customer behind me offered to pay for me but they refused her money as it was now personal for them. They also threatened to call the police if I didn't leave immediately. Who ever run or owns this location should be ashamed of themselves. You don't deserve to have a franchise with Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A has tremendous customer service and brags about how great of a place it is. I would actually agree but this location is far from their high standards. You are a sad individual and you do not follow these high standards. Obviously a selfish person who doesn't practice what they preach. I know you don't have to but not excepting American currency is itself un American. You don't deserve to even have a business as far as I'm concerned If you won't take peoples currency who live in this country. Absolutely ridiculous! Another thing to think about is that by not excepting 50s or 100s you are actually discriminating against poor people who don't have a credit card or who don't happen to have smaller bills. This is becoming a trend that businesses really only want to accept credit cards so they can track you, know who is frequenting their restaurant just make it generally easier on themselves. I will be communicating this to corporate. Your employees who have personal vendettas against customers who are just trying to pay for a meal should be fired immediately. For as busy as it is, it gets a low rating. The chicken sandwiches were ok. One had a chicken breast that didn't fill the bun--and it was a bit dry. What kills the rating is the skimping on the French Fries. I ordered a large and the container was barely half full. What a rip off. read more

Chick-fil-A is my top choice for fast food. In all of the locations I have visited, the service has been absolutely top notch and this place was no exception. They were exceedingly polite and efficient. That, as much as anything, sets them apart from other fast food places. The employees actually act like they are glad to see you, want to be of service and behave as though they actually want to be at their jobs. I could rail against other fast food establishments where the polar opposite is often true, but I think most people reading this will get my point based on experience without further description. I can always count on a pleasant person taking my order without issue. I have never witnessed any exceptions at any CFA. Beyond that, their prices are quite fair, their facilities are clean and adequately spacious and the food is rather good. Again, this location was no exception. I had the 10-piece grilled chicken strips with waffle fries and a coffee on this occasion. This really hit the spot and I was in and out in 25 minutes without feeling particularly rushed. The time factor was important to me on this visit. I should also mention that I have always found their coffee to actually be quite good for a fast food spot, which is a big bonus. This chain will continue to be my go-to for quick bites. read more

Why would we ever doubt chick-fil-a. Went here to try their Mac and cheese, and oh my gosh! This is something made with love! They are really raising the standards here with this new addition to their menu! Chick-fil-A is already Gods gift to mankind with their food, but this Mac and cheese is their gift to mankind! They personally make this by hand, there is no warm and reward here. They work hard for this, and they pray over this Mac and cheese and put some love in this. It tasted like something your grandma would make for you with all her love and tlc! Do not under estimate this Mac and cheese, it is work every single penny you pay for it! Just wish there was more! When we pulled through everything was just fine until we got to the pickup window, they gave us the wrong order, and we politely told them that it wasn't ours, the manager standing there grabbed our correct bag and held it, then proceeded to rudely say, "they can't have this until we get that bag back!" Which was no issue with us, as it wasn't the food we ordered anyway, we didn't want it. But they made it seem like they were giving it to the other car that ordered it. Finally, we got to eat our food and there was hair in the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. Overall, very unhappy with this experience. read more

It was very busy but the food was....ok. I got a chicken sandwich with a fruit cup. The sandwich was GREAT, but the fruit some of the apple pieces were poorly cut because there was some core on it. And I just didn't like that but I did but it to the side and finished the rest. So if you want to, check for core on your apples. read more

The staff has a great attitude and i havent been sitting for more than a few minutes when my food came to me. They even have extra sauces out so you dont have to go ask for it every time. I walked back up to the restaurant as the drive thru lines are long and the person calling out the orders says "you didn't get it?" Duh!! No playroom for kids. Small seating area. Tight parking lot to get parked in. They have a rogue manager who doesn't like to be questioned about how something was done and why I should pay extra for a #1, and owner said a salad filled 2/3 of the way to the light line on the side of the plastic container that marks the volume level was normal: said all the other stores in the area were overfilling theirs. Manager was one who delivered it and took it back when I refused it. She never brought my refund. Just rude. Check your salads and the lines on sides of the containers and other products for proper fill and quantity. read more

Chick-Fil-A restaurants are always super busy, in my experience. The Troy location is no exception. More often than not, my food and service is good. However, I have noticed that the speed of this Chick-Fil-A is lacking compared to many others I've been to...and if the speed is up to par, there tends to be a lack of double checking the order at drive-thru window. I've either asked about or gotten home to find a lack of a combo fry or kids meal drink. If this happens, it seems to be because my order is being thrown at me so quickly that I don't have time to think through what I'm receiving or feel comfortable sitting and looking at my order to make sure I've gotten everything. CFA has such high standards for its stores, I'm sure this has impact on my perception/review. read more

Not an average fast food place! We eat there as a family often. You have the option of switching out the toy with kids meals for a book. A BOOK! How great is that? Our toddler loves getting a new book when we go. And the kid's plastic place mats have adhesive so they stick to the table. Beyond the family friendliness, the food is delicious. I get a salad almost every time and it's always fresh. My son gets the chicken nuggets and fries and they are always fresh. Rarely a mistake with our order but if there is one, it is fixed promptly and without question. We love Chick-fil-A and plan to be loyal customers for a long time. read more

Chick fil a is a fast food chicken stop. I really like the fact that you can get a lot of healthy options here. Several sandwiches and soups under 400 calories, some even under 300. Pretty good flavor, and I love these chick fil a sauce. The kids love there grilled chicken nuggets (not fried but actually grilled.) and my wife love the waffle fries. The app kept failing and our order went in at 10:31 which populated a response of breakfast is no longer served at this location! 1 minute after 10:30! So I called the restaurant to see if they would serve us. They were very rude and said no our menu is already switched to lunch you can not order breakfast. There is no way they didn't have breakfast food still ready to go. It's probably my favorite breakfast food but I will not spend my money at this location again. read more
