Michelle and her staff have made decorating your space so easy!! Their pieces are unique and something you don't see everywhere. Michelle is so giving of her talents and knowledge on décor. You will have an instant friend!!! Their couches are DREAMY! They have everything you need and even a few you don't, but won't be able to pass up. This is not a bad cleaning service. I did have them swap out my first cleaner for another one and…read moreshe was great. Prompt and did a great job. I was annoyed at the billing process. I had a CC on file that was used. The card expired and they sent me an invoice. OK- .. but then I am told because the card was expired the cost that they typically do not surface they would surface ( gas, rush cleaning-which I NEVER asked for , etc) so my bill was going to be higher. I called the office and asked about all the charges and the woman on the was obviously defensive. I wanted to some clarity and she kept cutting me off and was laughing. I don't know if I am if she was trying to ease the tension. Paying the bill wasn't an issue, it was how the ordeal was handled and I was just disappointed because I did like my cleaner and I left her work sometimes I wasn't home. It was unfortunate that I am not a 1st time customer and have used them regularly for cleaning. If this how they treat their regular customers , then I don't need to be a regular customer. Too many cleaning companies in the valley to deal with this crap.
