I paid for 12 shirts to be pressed and had to have 8 of them redone because there were pressed in wrinkles and the sleeves had no crease and looked like they were pressed in wads. Even after the "re-do". I will have to rewash and take my shirts to another cleaners! They claim they have no control because they do not do their own pressing. WHAT????
