Had an acrylic fill with gel-mani and a pedi with gel yesterday. I have to put Neosporin on several fingers on both hands, because the nail tech kept pushing my dry cuticles with her finger nails. I paid well over $100 on Tuesday for dip & pedicure including $20 tips. I don't expect the nail to break twice within a weeks time and most definitely don't expect to pay extra to fix it. If charging me to fix the nail twice is worth losing a loyal customer so be it. Would've gave more stars if my nail tech wouldn'tve nicked my cuticles so many times. (She made me bleed) Plus she did not do a very good job at making my nails look nice(They look like I tried to do them myself) They weren't flush with my actual nails. She got nail glue all over the place. The most annoying thing ever was that they were crooked so that alone makes them ugly. Not worth over 60 for only nails. I honestly think I could've done a better job doing my nails by myself. #SMH I went in only for dip with some sort of color and design to it but she put actual fake nails on my nails. I wasn't paying too much attention to what she was doing to my nail because I was trying to have a pleasant time with my friend. Then I saw and unfortunately I had to just roll with it because she already had one hand with fake nails glued on. I didn't want the chemical going on my hand to get the nails off because I didn't want that chemical on my skin. Especially because I had already been nicked on my cuticles and I knew I would burn Although I thought the nails should've came out a lot cleaner I still tipped extra because I always do. (which I regret doing because I've gotten comments about how crooked and uneven they are). Maybe they need better lighting in that nail salon. Idk just a thought.. Dim lighting is a good way for the customer to be forced to go back to your nail salon to get the nails fixed and for y'all to explain your mess up. Unfortunately I don't have any time to go back and get the nails fixed. Oh and before I forget these guys use the same dip powder on all their clients. This place is ok. If you want something simple done at an average price in a decent amount of time, you will be fine here. Pros: * decent color choices for whatever you get( paint, gel, acrylic, dip, etc.) * they have tons of people working so you can walk in and immediately get service. Cons: * upcharge for everything The reason this place gets three stars is because they cannot do anything besides simple and if they do everything is an upcharge. If you want any shape besides square, it's $5 more. I always lose trust in a nail place when they charge you extra for basic shapes. I understand charging more if you are getting stiletto or a design but for coffin or almond seems a little ridiculous. * they don't really have people who can do designs. This is a good place to use as your back up nail salon if you are in a pinch and need your nails done and don't have time to make an appointment at your main place. read more

However I had called as I had an emergency n was 30 minutes late. She was mean n rude over the phone. Visited this spa 1/21/22 for a pedicure based on a friend's recommendation. Not sure what happened but I ended up getting a cellulitis infection in my right foot and leg. It was so swollen and painful I could not walk on it. Went to ER on 1/29 and was diagnosed. Finally saw my primary care Dron 2/11 who changed the Rx to a much stronger antibiotic. I am due to give the Dr a call 2/17. I've been getting pedicures for more than 10 years at other salons without incident. read more

I first came here after the salon across the street with amazing reviews was SO rude to me and told me they couldn't fit me in all day with a look of disgust. I'm so happy because then I came over here! I've been to so many nail salons over the decades. Always hoping against hope that I'll find someone who is a true nail artist! I've been to extremely high end places and never found what I was looking for. Until here. The employees seem happier than any other salon. And the 3 nail techs I've been to were all highly experienced. But there is no one as incredible as Jessica! She is a nail artist through and through. She takes her time, is extremely detailed, and addresses/prevents all of the common problems people face with acrylic nails (I've never had an edge lift on me if she's done them, etc). Even the way she holds my hand while working on them, is peaceful and comforting. Prices are standard/midrange. (Although she's SO good I tip about 30-50%. Well worth it) Place is large. There's never much of a wait but I call ahead for an appointment anyway and they are always very accommodating. I also have a disability that requires me to have ice packs on my body at all times. I've never been made to feel strange here. (And that's rare and deeply appreciated) Handicap spots directly in front and typically open. I'm not in a wheelchair but they seem very handicap friendly. read more

Visiting from out of state and came here with my mom. This is her usual spot and she loves Ha, however; the lady that did my pedicure was not great. I was asked 3 different times if I wanted a deluxe service and I insisted that I would just like regular. She didn't seem happy that she wasn't able to persuade me to choose a service for an additional $10. She very lazily did my pedicure with little effort and scrubbed my feet very softly with the pumice. Literally felt like she was just softly brushing against them. Could have done that myself. Went to register to pay ($50 because I got gel as well) and she had an attitude because I chose not to tip considering the service I received. Although I had planned to tip $10, I chose not to simply because this business is money hungry! Just simply provide good service and a relaxing experience and you WILL be tipped. Also, very shady that I was only charged $20 for gel but my mom was charged $25 by Ha for gel. Yes we noticed. Second time here and won't be back. My teenage daughter went in alone to have her nails filled and was totally taken advantage of. I told her exactly what to ask for, an acrylic nail fill. This should be $20-$25. She called me crying because they charged her $46. The lady asked her if she wanted gel nail polish or acrylic polish. She again said acrylic. The lady ended up taking off her nails and giving her a new set of gel nails. They totally took advantage of her young age and we will never return here. I took my 4 yr old (now 5) there with me for her 1st pedicure on a Sat near closing time, they catered to my young, bouncy and energetic child with ease & patience and even though it was closing time when we were through with our Mommy-Daughter pedis, they were still willing to do a quick nail polish on her which made her day even more! It's a shame I have to give this place one star, I'm only giving it stars because I was little pleased with customer service. So I went yesterday in for a mani pedi & eyelash extensions. I was very disappointed in all the services. To begin for the pedi I felt like I barely got anything done for the price that I paid compared if I would have gone somewhere else ($36). Second the manicure was also very simply & nothing like a regular manicure ($25). Thirdly, I'm no eyelash extensions expert but I'm pretty sure the the eyelashes aren't suppose to be glued to your eyelid nor should they stick together. After getting home I took a closer look at the eyelashes & they really started to irritate me I had to yank some off because i could not take it anymore. ($75). I'm sorry but I will not be coming back. Side note: the put acetone in their nail polish which is weird because I have been to many many many nail salons And I have never seen that done before. But recently in my past experience I've been really uncomfortable with the ladies who work there, they were making fun of my fingernails and how "short" they were I felt really upset and wanted to walk out but I didn't have the heart to do that. I typically do gel manis but this was my first time getting acrylic nails and she explained exactly what she was going to do and how everything works. She was very gentle with my nails since I have sensitive fingers/nail beds and she got the shape exactly how I wanted (I showed her a picture online of how I wanted my nails to look). I'm really picky with my nails and she was very attentive whenever I pointed out something I'd like her to correct even if it's the tiniest thing. She was incredibly sweet and even gave me $5 off for my first visit! She's very easy to talk to and gave me tips on how to make my polish last longer and cuticles healthy. I like my nails shortened with the Dremel tool, not with the nail clippers. My nails are always too short when the clippers are used. I told the nail tech my preference. I was told that I was not to tell her how to do her job, that if I wanted my nails done a certain way I could do them myself. She had a few other things to say. I got up & walked out. I just won't be returning here. I've had dips done twice and both times nails have broken before two weeks. I've never had that issue before My family bought me a gift card for Mother's Day so I decided to get a pedicure. It's so dark in there it's hard to pick a polish color accurately. I picked a color from the nail samples that had orange in the name. The color she put on my toes was straight up pink. I didn't like it and asked to change it. She did, but it was obvious she wasn't happy about it. There is leftover pink polish all over my toes and she didn't clean up the new polish at all. It's a luxury for my to have a pedicure. Went in for pedi and eyebrow wax. Left disappointed. The bottom of my feet didn't get scrubbed and my toenails were left a littler longer than what I had asked for. The tech also didn't do a good job on my eyebrows. She waxed more on one of my eyebrows leaving them looking uneven had to come home and fix it myself. Will probably not go back to this location.
