Wanted to take my granddaughter that is 3 to get a pedicure with her mother. They were going to put her in a chair at the end of the salon and put us in the first two chairs. We told them we preferred, because of her age, that we sit beside her and told them we didn't mind waiting. They started filling the water in the basin in the two chairs they pointed to and told us to sit down in those chairs. Again we told them we wanted to sit with her and we would wait. At that point they began "talking" among themselves and kept looking at us. One of the girls would not stop starring at us. And I mean not only started but giving us the ugliest look you can imagine. This went on for about 15 minutes. It became very uncomfortable for myself and my daughter-in-law. It was extremely evident they were angry because we didn't do as they told us. horrible experience!!! wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. came here to get a pedicure, and a refill with acrylic powder. i showed them the picture i wanted BEFORE they started. they finished my pedicure to realize before they started painting that they didn't have the color i wanted for my toes, so i said it's fine just do them black. they go on to do my refill for my acrylics & he takes all the color off of one hand, then tells me they don't do acrylic powder, i will have to get gel. i say okay and look through all the gel polish, there is no color even similar to the one i want. i tell them none of these colors look like the one i showed you. he tells me i need to "hurry up and pick something because i'm taking up too much time" so i told them i would just pay for what they have already done & go somewhere else to get them finished. he was being an ass the whole time & i paid $70 freaking dollars for this bullshit. then when i told him i would go somewhere else, he cut half of my thumbnail off so now i can't even get a refill. read more

THE WORST poor service nails were not the right length and uneven and did not put a matte coat like wanted and did not do coffin shape correctly also cuticles were not eve touched. When asked for a refund she said that she would have to take the nails off first which is fine but she lied and just clipped them crooked at the front desk when asked if she was going to take the rest of the nails off she said no and never actually took the nails off just clipped them crooked and were extremely rude about it read more

I went your nail salon in Destin, Florida the price were outrageous. The worker were indulging in conversations with each other, not paying any attention to the customer sitting right in front of them. They acknowledge you when you walk in but after that they try to force you to buy upgrades to any service that you're requesting. I recently visited and got a gel mani and pedi. I came with two other ladies and We made an appointment first thing in the morning. It wasn't that busy, but the lady who did my nails RUSHED through my mani and pedi. My nails were cloudy, without a shiny finish. I noticed after we left and went back. They fixed them no problem, but overall I'm not at all impressed with the quality of my nails. I won't be visiting again. read more

Horrible service and the WORST manicure I have ever had. Plus, I was stalked by the owner after I called the salon for prices. When I arrived at the salon the owner started immediately trying to up-sale me on services when I had made it clear that I only wanted a basic manicure. The technician didn't speak, didn't offer a beverage... my cuticles look like someone chewed them up and one day later the polish is chipping off. I wouldn't go here. I just got my nails done for engagement pictures and my nails are so clumpy. Not impressed

I was so disappointed with the overall quality ,un-professional attitude and hot building. I purchased deluxe manicure and pedicure. I waited about 30 minutes for service on a Tuesday. It took them 90 minutes to complete manicure and pedicure (total time about 2hours). When they first started the lady name Dow started my pedicure. Two women walked in and she abandoned my pedicure and put an older lady on my feet to start other ladies pedicure. She returned to complete my manicure. She cut all my nails off and did not file/shape nails or cut my cuticles. As she was working on my nails her and older lady start talking about a customer that seemed to be dating a man of another race.Next, they start talking about me in my face (discussing my weight, my height, my nails, my age). What! I cannot even believe what I am hearing. Then Dow starts cursing and ask me to excuse her language. I look down at my feet and the lady cut all my toe nails off, did not shape or file my toe nails (it looked like a kid had cut my toe nails). I brought it to her attention and she said she thought other lady had filed. My toes looked a hot mess! The polish job was a mess (too thick). There was no a/c and the place was burning up hot (I guess this is why they have FREE beverages, you will need it). I did tell Dow that I did not like my toes and she discounted my service by $10. She said that the lady that did my toes was old and she hope I understood. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This place is not good, at all. Find another place. Ok....my feet look great...but The workers there were completely inappropriate, the man that is doing my nails was a little perv i was so uncomfortable with him I tried to avoid contact and all he did was stare and smile at me and attempt to look up my skirt every time I would lift my foot out of the tub! woman who's working on My friends nail was very cranky and you could tell they were talking about is the whole time and laughing made us feel very uncomfortable, and made nasty faces as she would scrub her feet or do other things!! totally inappropriate! and they would talk about rest of the customers and joke, as new people would come in they would leave us and start to do there's for a little then pass them off to a new person and come back to ours because we got the VIP spa pedicure and it seemed like every worker in there was hopping between different people...on the other hand my toes look good, ignoring the behavior of the staff it was an awesome pedicure... read more
