I don't have enough great things to say about this studio! All of the staff were so warm and friendly. The studio itself was warm, not hot, but I absolutely left the class drenched in sweat! I love that the instructor started the class with a wonderful affirmation from a new book. Her intention for the class stuck with me throughout the entire day - I feel that so often I attend a yoga class and the focus shifts entirely to just the physical aspect of yoga, and not enough to the meditative state, but this class was the perfect example of both. I also loved the for the warm vinyasa flow, the instructor guided us through some pose options that were not super typical, giving the class a great twist with new energy. I started going to Hot Power Yoga Center about a week ago and have so far loved my experience. I used to attend Core Power in DC, and was really looking for a similar experience in terms of service and ambiance- this place is the closest I found. The staff have all been friendly, and the classes fun. I liked my classes with Stephanie, since the seem to be a little bit more intense, which is what I really like. All the instructors I've had so far are great though. Additionally, during COVID times, I was hesitant to attend any classes. This business however, has implemented all necessary precautions before opening their doors. They are only working at a 1/4 capacity, which means about 9-10 ppl per class. They also have a air purifier that is turned on before and after each class, and of course they require mask the entire time. I found this to be comforting, and felt safe enough to continue attending classes. I highly recommend this place if you're in search of a great Yoga studio. read more

I didn't have a good experience there. And it's said because it's not easy to find a hot yoga studio. The instructor ignored my question. Also I couldn't relate to the yoga routine, wasn't sure what style it was. The room wasn't hot. One good thing - they let you take a shower. read more

I've been coming here for the past two years and I absolutely LOVE this studio! The studio is a decent size, one room with a full bathroom (shower included). There is plenty of parking in the parking lot. All of the instructors are very down to earth and super helpful, especially to those of us who are novices in our practice. It is first come first serve, so I would try to get there early as certain times fill up fairly quickly. I've been in classes where we were almost on top of each other, which doesn't do too well with the heat -- LOL! I would definitely recommend attending the Vinyasa with candlelight as it is a very calming experience. A place of heaven on earth, filled with gorgeous energy and love. Kristin, the owner, runs a phenomenal business here. All of the teachers are such kind people and so knowledgeable about what they do. Whether it's your first class or you're a regular yogi, this studio welcomes all. You also don't have to follow the exact flow of the instructor - if you're feeling like a pose isn't right for you or your energy just isn't in it, you can always take child's pose or whatever else your body may be asking for, without fear of judgment or even failure. This is a place for you to be you! If you aren't used to the heat of the class it can take some getting used to, but it feels so good to "sweat it out." I always feel better walking out of a class than I did walking in. If you're thinking about trying a class - do it. I believe they have a "new student special" for $25 of unlimited yoga for 2 weeks. There are blocks and straps for you to use during class if you don't have your own, and mat and towel rentals are also available. I signed up for the two week unlimited plan at a discounted student price. I attended several classes over the two weeks on various days in hopes to pin point which time slot and which instructor meshed with my flow best. I found that I enjoyed every instructor at the studio! This studio radiates positivity, rejuvenation, and all inspiration the practice of yoga promotes. Each class was instructed professionally while still offering a lighthearted, relaxing experience. Hot yoga pushes your yoga regime to the limits and amplifies the amount of toxins leaving your body. (I mean, that's why we are all here right!) So if you are looking to get a great yoga workout, this is a great place to start. Make sure you show up on time as they lock the doors to the studio at the beginning of each session. I found myself at 5:01 am devastated at the doors outside. But on the other end of the spectrum, nothing ruins your vinyasa quite like someone coming into the studio mid-class. read more

Wonderful yoga studio! I was in town for the day and am SO glad I found this place. The instructor was great! Very helpful and uplifting and made the class accesible to ALL LEVELS. The room was a perfect temperature, nice and hot to really get you sweating but not overbearingly so. The studio was clean and easy to find with plenty of parking, clean bathrooms, and showers, and very friendly staff! Even their clients were nice! From start to finish this was a great experience. I left feeling so good I forgot my mat and when I called to explain what happened and that I lived out of state they were so kind and helpful in getting it mailed to me! Finally tried Hot Yoga! Here's what I loved: 1) 1st time customers get to borrow a mat and towel free 2) drop in classes are only $15 and are 90min so you certainly get your money's worth 3) instructions are kind, patient, and not snobby as most classes are for "all level" of yogis. They offer lots of different times, classes, levels, packages, etc (and also accept credit cards) so there's something for EVERYONE. I certainly recommend giving them a shot whether it's your first time or you're a yoga snob. New studio - super clean modern and minimal. A++ read more

I love this studio! I've been to other yoga studios before but this one is the best. The staff are friendly, the studio is clean with nice hard wood floors and the people that go are always very nice too. They have mats and towels available to rent for just a few dollars which is convenient if you forget yours or you want to try out a different mat style. Kristin's classes are honestly the best I've ever been too - I've never sweat more in any other yoga class! I find that there's always a mixed crowd ranging from beginners and advanced yogi's so if you're new you'll never feel awkward or out of place, but if you're more advanced you'll still feel challenged because Kristin is great with showing the different modifications for poses. Her voice is so relaxing, and I love her music choice. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. read more

I love this place and would recommend it to anyone, beginner and advance students. Kristen, as a person, is just so genuine and radiate positivity. Just talk to her and see for yourself. The studio is well maintain by Kristen and she even provide the essentials (i.g. blocks, straps, towels, cleaner, & etc). If you're worry about the temperature, don't fret because I initially was concern with it until I spoke to Kristen. She is fully aware of the temp control and the weather outside contributing to it. The class is hot enough to break a sweat and still be able to easily breathe, and not hot enough to pass out. Just remember to bring water along. The other instructors are great as well. I love this place! This studio continues to exceed my expectations, and Kristin is so great. The studio: Very clean and comfortable. It is hot enough to work up a good sweat but isn't stifling. Tea tree oil is conveniently located in the studio to clean your mat with after class. I also like how blocks and straps are available, but that's it- very minimalist. Classes: Kristin's classes are great and she is always so positive and welcoming. She does a wonderful job balancing the physical and mental practice. She is great at providing options if certain poses are too challenging, and she walks around the room assisting the class. There are multiple classes every day which makes it easy to find one to go to, and they are the perfect length (between 60 minutes and 75 minutes). Sometimes I find 90 minutes to be too long. read more

I've been practicing yoga for over a decade now, and in the last few years have really gotten into hot yoga. I've tried most yoga studios in the greater Worcester area, and though we've got many good ones this is by far the best. This studio is very nice! new and clean! however the two bathrooms are IN the yoga room. There is only one shower and that is inside one of the single stall bathrooms. Hearing a person urinate during practice was off putting. I have GI issues....this is not a welcoming and comfortable place for my yoga practice. read more

AMAZING yoga studio! The classes are not only incredibly relaxing & meditative, but you leave sore, sweaty & physically exhausted. They are truly all level, and the instructors do a great job explaining basic poses and then moving into more advanced variations.The owner, Kristin, is super friendly and makes it a point to learn your name and any injuries when welcoming you to the studio.
