I didn't mind so much getting a guitar that had minor issues, what I really hated was the attitude and unhinged behavior of the owner. It's a very "old-school" approach in the guitar and music world for older men to act belligerent, as if they are the only ones in the world with any common sense, when in truth they are simply the loudest and most arrogant. Times have changed and I hope the owner, instead of arguing with this review (which I imagine he will) goes to therapy and learns how to converse respectfully with others. Also the negative reviews where he says "you're referring to a different store " are BS, they are absolutely about this shop and he is trying to gaslight.

On a Saturday afternoon I took the bike to Bicycle Center with the hope I could pick it up Monday so my wife and I could continue our busy biking plans for the week. I was met at the back door and immediately ushered in when Sean, the owner, asked what was the problem. Bottom line: Sean took out a 3-Allen wrench tool and fixed the problem in 30 seconds, no charge! How professional and nice was that!! Before relocating to Arizona I had taken my bikes to Bicycle Center for 10 years and gotten excellent service at competitive pricing. Very poor experience I went in here to sell a couple of rings and The guy looked at the rings for…read moretwo seconds and turned around and told me what they apparently were worth he said he will give me 100 for my 300$ ring and that my other ring which was white gold with small diamonds was worth 1$ and said they were not real diamonds and the ring was silver when I know it wasn't because I had the receipt for that ring so he proceeds to tell me that it's fake and turns around to grab a gem identifier and the gem pro was very clearly broken because it said it was three different types of materials and continued to change colors so he then tried to tell me that the ring was three different types of material lol and he grabs one of his 250.00 priced real diamond rings out of the draw to prove that mine wasn't real and it identified the diamond as a moissanite and he clearly had it labeled as a diamond and when I tried to negotiate the price of the 300$ ring he said that there's no point in negotiating that's his final price guys something is definitely fishy about this business do not buy from here and if you already have I would go to another jeweler to confirm the authenticity of your purchase
