I own way more than I should hot sauces. I even grow my own peppers. Tea is probably where I Indulge the most but hot sauce would be a close second. So I was excited to see this place it wasn't out of my way but it wasn't on the way either. If your going to have a mall Storefront I was expecting some really good flavor for hot sauces. I'm also expecting to see some hot sauces that I've never had before. Their selection as of date would not even rival a firehouse subs. Most of the variety here was Mediocre at best. Definitely not current with what's being deemed as very flavorful very spicy hot sauces that are trending online. That to me was a huge mistake most of their selection was from years ago and I have already been deemed second tier. It would kind of be the equivalent of going to a Best Buy and the sales person pushing an 8track. The small lack of variety was also kind of let down because the size of the store is huge for Hot Sauces and Barbecue sauces spices etc. Lots of wasted retail space. There should be a real section for those that collect and enjoy really hot with deep flavor. They didn't even have Scoville Scale even Buffalo wild wings does that. The Vibe of the place was melancholy almost Library. I was kind of surprised most of these really play to the home team so the people are spicy themselves and they know Hot Sauce. It's kind of a thing. How do I walk out of a hot sauce store with only 1 bottle. Minimum should be 3 bottles and that's not great, I should have walked out of here with 8-10 bottles a few for my table and a few copies to give away. Heat + Flavor = yes The sales rep pointed me to there hottest shelf the top 4 out of the 9, I already owned and you can get them at most upscale Grocery stores. So I took to the one I had not seen and i was able to Find a review on. I put a dab on the pizza and nothing so I got excited and was like wow this one must have a huge kick. But My excitement changed to me just shaking the bottle. So I poured the whole neck onto the slice and bit down. Nothing really a tinge of heat Definitely should not be on there hottest most flavorful shelf. On a scale from 1 -10 I would give it a 5 on heat and a 4 on flavor. If you say your a hot sauce store you better bring the heat. read more

Hubby and I went out for a walk and noticed this store. Walked in and was pleasantly surprised to see how many products this store had. Sauces, wood pellets and chips. They carry lots of stuff for that green egg bbq and other bbq tools and items. The clear was so helpful and nice. I've been looking for steel kabob sticks and they usually carry them but we're out so I'll be back for those too. We have a smoker and will be back for pellets. They have a great assortment of hot sauces, bbq sauces, Michelada mixes (Mexican style Bloody Mary) and chamoy sauces. We bought a huge pizza slicer and the tamarindo chamoy and it was amazing! I'm very picky since I've had the best from Guadalajara MX. We will be back! read more

Brian is amazing! He helped me order napoleon phantom grill and delivered on time for Mother's Day celebration! I found hot sauce n more through Napoleon website dealer page, called on Sunday to see if they can deliver by next Sunday. Brian told me he doesn't want to miss the delivery window by Mother's Day so he would give me a call next day after he confirmed with napoleons. He called first thing in the morning on Monday confirmed they could deliver by Friday, he would give me tracking by EOD Monday, I placed the order right away via phone! However I didn't get the tracking by EOD Monday I was a bit nervous about it, Brian has been following up with napoleons and keep me posted I finally got tracking on Thursday and delivered by Friday! I live in Irvine so it's an hour drive away from hot sauce n more, even though I never been to this store (tbh didn't know this store before!), the communication with Brian has been great on the phone, very honest and trustworthy shopping experience with Brian! This is my favorite local BBQ store. I went by their previous location last night and was sad to think they closed down. Ended up they moved to a larger and in my opinion better location. The store is well stocked and the staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a huge selection of anything you are looking for. Extremely knowledgable Andy willing to help. Locally owned, they go above and beyond to make sure you get only what you need and don't over sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. They delivered the Green Egg and even assisted with the "first light", and waited around to make sure it got a the right temperature. Friendliest people you'll ever meet. Every time I go in, they are all very very helpful. I'm in almost every week purchasing dry rubs and charcoal. They know their stuff and are super accommodating. One time I was cutting it close to closing time and I called them, they waited and said no problem if I was late. That is beyond excellent customer service, these guys care. Prices are top notch, definitely competitive with a big box store or any other source. They carry almost all the best rubs. Ironically I never even purchase any hot sauces, but they're more than that. No pun intended. Just purchased an amazing wagyu picanha from them the other day, and was absolutely floored in the quality. My wife and I both agreed, best meat we've ever had. This place is fantastic. We went in there thinking it was just a lot of hot sauces.... No, they have wood chips and chunks in flavors you've never seen, BBQ sauce and anything related, popcorn, crazy sodas, spicy jelly. You can sample stuff too. Went in to browse and spent 50 bucks on all kinds of stuff. They also give a military discount. Going back tomorrow to get wood to smoke some ribs and a yummy sauce. Can't wait!!!
