This spot is tucked away in a little strip mall off Third, so it's easy to miss, but definitely worth finding. I was honestly so impressed with the pricing, you just don't see sushi at these prices anymore, and I really appreciated how affordable everything was. The food was really, really good. I ordered a lychee tea, two California rolls, and a tropical roll topped with banana (don't knock it till you try it, it was so good!). I even got a free salmon roll, which was a nice surprise. You get a free sushi roll with purchase of 2 rolls over $20 The only thing I didn't love was the tuna sashimi. It didn't taste sushi-grade to me, more like plain raw fish, so unfortunately that went to waste. The staff were very kind and welcoming, even though they were a bit busy. The place itself was clean with plenty of seating if you want to dine in. There are still so many items on the menu I want to try, so I'll definitely be back!

Apologies in advance for not taking photos of each and every item we ordered. We were starving once we got there! The service was quick and efficient. We came in as a party of six, and I also ordered takeout for my son. While we waited on each order, they made sure we had our drinks and appetizers ready, so the wait never felt long at all. The employees were incredibly sweet, attentive, and welcoming! The ambiance is small, quiet, and relaxed. Good place to have a nice sit down dinner. You can also order takeout if you'd prefer that. Although I forgot to take photos of the menu as well, all of the photos currently on Yelp (as of May 2026) were accurate. I also haven't seen prices this affordable in such a long time. Everything we ordered was delicious, and I definitely plan on coming back to try more items on the menu!

Various rolls and Salmon Sashimi! Yummmm

Great Service, Great food! Super great prices! They are super nice people. Buy 3 rolls get 1 free! You can't go wrong. I go at least every week to get my sushi fix.

BETTER THAN SUSHI HOUSE! Food is amazing, taste fresh the portions are fantastic and the prices and very affordable. The staff is friendly and nice, food comes quick. Must try - won't regret. Place smells great and very clean!

I love going to places where you see the whole family working and attending to their guests. It just gives a very special feeling, coming from someone who also at a young age I would go sell food with my dad after school. The food was pretty good, the prices are unheard of, but fear not, the food is not reflective of the price, it's even better !! Thank you guys and keep working hard and your dreams will come true

Wonderful sushi! Everything was fresh and presented beautifully, you can't beat the price either!

In the words of the small child sitting behind us "this is soooo good!". Literally such a nice vibe, the staff is so friendly and the food is amazing. It's a cozy place good for small groups or one on one. Just a chill place for sushi and dumplings. They just recently opened so please be patient snd kind with them.

Tasty, nice, sweet..... Ok, the food was tasty, I had bbq pork bun, chive/shrimp, xiu mai, a dragon roll and free tempura roll. I ate everything xcept 1 bun. All was great. Xiu mai was best. I dont know what it was but bomb! Mama and daughters were very attentive, friendly, Place was clean and bright. Seating is abundant but not real comfortable, I'll return! For sure!

    Shrimp Rice Roll $5.99

Amazing value! I hope this place gets more business and does well. Everything is very freshly made and good service. Family business. Nice ladies that even speak Spanish. They have a spend $20 and get a free $5.99 basic sushi roll promotion right now. I had already actually finished eating and paid and the lady made sure to give me a free $5.99 sushi roll before I left. Black milk tea boba with less ice - it was an excellent value at $2.99 + $0.80 for boba. Big cup and didn't skimp on the drink because of the less ice. Soft, chewy boba. This would easily be $6-8 at any other boba shop. 8/10 Xiu mai - taste and texture were pretty good. Maybe not worth $5.99 for the value of it though. Steamed in a bamboo steamer on a piece of cabbage which is how it should be done. Served with chili garlic sauce and a sweet thick soy sauce. 7/10. Steamed shrimp rice roll - freshly made and steamed on a piece of cabbage. My only minor complaint is they should have poured out a bit of the water that collected from steaming in a plate so it watered down the sweet soy sauce a bit. But you can just add more soy sauce that is provided on the table. Very soft steamed rolls, shrimp cooked perfectly. 3 good-sized pieces of rolls. 9/10. Special tuna roll - Very fresh. Spicy tuna inside with masago and avocado. Spicy tuna outside with black sesame seeds and spicy mayo sauce. 8 very large pieces. Good fresh rice. Served with pink ginger, wasabi and extra eel & spicy mayo on the side. Not spicy whatsoever at all. 10/10. Amazing value!! At $8.99 Salmon avocado roll - 8 huge pieces. Fresh salmon and rice. Sprinkles with white and black sesame. $5.99 excellent value. 10/10 Black milk tea with boba Xiu mai Steamed shrimp rice rolls Special tuna roll Salmon avocado roll (free) All this came out to $26 before tip which is a steal! Easy parking and plenty of tables for seating. Bench seating, clean and quiet. I can't wait to go back.

If you don't know what Cantonese cuisine is then stop reading now. The waitress was nice but you can't fix "stupid". We wanted to order a combination meat dish half bbq pork and half steam chicken. This is a common offering at all Cantonese restaurants . But instead of getting what we ordered.. we got a whole big plate of steamed chicken a a big plate of bbq pork. I made them take back the pork and not to charge us for it. The next thing we ordered was pan fried seafood noodles, standard Cantonese fried noodle dish with Chinese broccoli, chunks of fish, shrimp and squid. Well there were only 3 pieces of shrimp 2 pieces of squid and the rest was a lot of chunks of fish. The fried noodle underneath the seafood should be drenched in a delicious sauce, but it was not so the noodle was very dry. Makes you wonder where they got the cook from. The last dish we ordered was stir fried water spinach. The spoilage itself but the poured way too much salt on it. And lastly... the bill... $90. I really don't mind paying $80 to $120 for a dinner for two. But this place does not have the server or the guy in the kitchen justify the price. Very disappointed. I don't know how long they've been in business.. but I guess you can get away with a lot these days. We're always looking for authentic Cantonese restaurants if you know of any more please let me know. Meanwhile... we'll just stick with Nobel Chef, Imperial Dunasty, and the occasional dim sum at Golden Island.""

I love the cart pushing experience of Dim Sum and my friend hadn't experience that yet. Service was attentive, water was refilled with out asking and plates were cleared within minutes and food was on par, the only real disappointments were the stuffed bean curd, it was missing the bamboo shoots and veggies and the Gai Lan was over cooked. We had the classics: Siu Mai, Har Gow, Baked Pork Buns, Glutinous Rice savory puff and egg tarts. The tea was steeped well and was served as we were being seated. I did appreciate how Chinese the decor was. It gave me wedding banquet vibes. We did have our photo taken on our way out. Overall it was ok, it wasn't good enough to come back but I'm glad we tried it. Our prefer Dim Sum spot has better quality food and less expensive.
