It was a delightful first time experience at Paris Baguette at Otay Ranch. I placed my first order online and signed up for their marketing texts and I received a coupon for a free pastry. I picked the croissant donuts! They were delish! I arrived to the pickup spot and Kyu was kind and brought out my cake with care. He asked if I wanted candles and a cake cutter (complimentary). They do have a wide variety of pastries, freshly made coffee, and a clean store with a small seating area. I'll definitely be back for more treats!

Fruit tart--flaky and moist pastry, creamy filling, and fresh fruit--awesome!

Always love everything here. This week we bought the rainbow cake (perfect for Pride week!). It was delish! The whipped cream frosting was light and not too sweet. The sponge cake had beautiful colors, also light, and each layer had its own flavor! Great flavors and presentation!

Me and my best friend were craving coffee but, being on our no-sugar kick, it's tough to really love love coffee the same way. That said, we're learning to appreciate the full experience of black coffee and cold brews- and this stop was actually a win! We popped into Paris Baguette, and I wanted to try their cold brew after hearing from the staff that it's on the stronger side. They weren't kidding- it was bold, smooth, and exactly what I needed. It did taste a little burnt, but not in a dealbreaker way- still got the caffeine hit I was after, and overall it did the job. The price was super reasonable- mine and hers came out to around $11 total, which was good. I didn't try the pastries this time (sugar detox struggles), but I've had their little soft sponge cakes before- so good, so fluffy I totally recommend them! And if you ever spot their chocolate cream puffs... run, don't walk. I was obsessed with them like two years ago. They're dangerous in the best way. The café itself was clean, not too packed, and our drinks came out fast. Staff was friendly and efficient. The only downside was parking- the lot was packed, and getting a space took a bit of circling. Oh, and for a little sugar-free fun, I went home and added my own sf Twix cold foam.. had to give it a little personal touch!

Food: This place has pretty decent bakery goods. Lots of the sweets are pretty yummy. I recommend the cakes as well. The matcha isn't high quality but if you don't really care about matcha too much then it's an okay sweet drink to get. The fruit pastry is yummy and crispy! Service: They're pretty efficient! Ambiance: There's a few seats by the window. It's pretty bright inside and very chill vibes. People will come and go picking up items.

Emma always does a fine job! Always helpful, accommodating, great customer service and goes above and beyond. Any questions or things I need help with she has been a joy! I hope one day she gets promoted or the manager notices what an amazing individual and asset she is to the company. She makes my experience here multiple times phenomenal. She works hard and is genuine. Food is good and she answers all my questions. I feel bad because I ask a lot of things and am not the easiest especially being 8months pregnant thank you Emma!

This place is fantastic. The pastries are always fresh, delicious, and consistently high quality. I honestly didn't expect a chain-style bakery to be this good, but it exceeded my expectations. I love the grab-a-box-and-fill-it-yourself concept- it makes it easy to try a variety of items. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. I stopped by on Father's Day and was impressed to see the staff restocking items before they even ran out, despite how busy it was. Great service, great pastries, and a great overall experience. I'll definitely be back!

Paris Baguette located in Eastlake in a small shopping center and parking can be challenging. Amazing bakery with many items to choose from. Whether you are craving something sweet or savory, this spot is definitely worth the trip! I ordered: Strawberry supreme croissant - AMAZING! From the icing to the filling, it was the perfect strawberry flavoring! Not too sweet at all. Palmier - delish. It was the perfect crispiness and just a hint of citrus sweetness. Perfect size, not too big

Croissant donut with orange zest. So good!

So good, I had to come back again. And let me tell you! That croissant donut with light orange cream was just as good as it was a few days ago. All of the bakery cases were full today, but I only had eyes for one Thank you!

Cute bakery. Very busy. Has seating on the right side of the store. They have pastries, cakes, sandwiches and hot/cold drinks. Items are not as sugary as most other places. Very cute and delicious looking pastries. I had a tiramisu cake and a pumpkin spice iced latte. The tiramisu was like a regular cake. It was cute with the gingerbread on top. The ice pumpkin latte was good and had a real pumpkin taste. Would love to come back and taste some of the pastries you grab with the tray.

I really liked that they had candles and cake decorations as well in the store and I bought a few Birthday embellishments which were all $1 each, great price! The staff was nice but not too friendly when I was trying to find out more about the cakes and flavors, I had to read the labels since she didn't provide me any details. The cake was just okay, it was very dense and a bit dry. The marshmallow frosting was a little thick and the overall flavors were definitely different but not sure I would get this flavor again. There is only one thing to get here (at least that they are famous for) and it is their Senorita bread. I love taking that first bite when given to us because they are warm, sweet and fresh. Maybe not the healthiest thing to eat, but it is quite the treat! My daughter proclaimed it was the "best bread ever"! My sister usually picks up our orders for parties and events. My biggest issue with Hans & Harry's has always been the inconsistency. I'll try something that is absolutely delicious, order it again, and the next time it's just not as good or doesn't taste as fresh. Then I'll move on to something else, love it, and eventually have the same experience. I still keep coming back because they have such a huge selection and, when something is good, it can be really good. Unfortunately, the inconsistency in taste, freshness, and quality can be disappointing. The cherry turnover has been my one reliable favorite that has never disappointed me. Today I ordered a custard pastry shaped like a turnover and a walnut cinnamon braid. Unfortunately, neither tasted particularly fresh, and both were very doughy. The custard filling itself was delicious, but the pastry was much more like a sweet bread than the light, flaky pastry I was expecting. When I asked the employee about it, he didn't really explain that it was more of a sweet bread; he simply agreed that it was fluffy. Had I been craving a sweet bread, I might have enjoyed it more. The walnut cinnamon braid was even more disappointing. One bite was enough for me to decide it wasn't worth the calories! I wanted that first bite to be full of cinnamon, butter, and walnuts--the kind of bite that makes you immediately want another. Instead, it was bland and doughy. Unfortunately, I've experienced the same inconsistency with their cakes and fruit strudel, which I order regularly for parties. Sometimes they are absolutely to die for, and other times they're just not that great. There's obviously a reason I continue coming back: Hans & Harry's has an incredible variety, and I know how good their desserts can be. I just wish the freshness and quality were more consistent from one visit to the next.

This dish was very savory, and I love that the chef did not over season this dish and allowed for the savory sauce to do all the speaking!!! I love that the onions were cooked down to perfection with added mushrooms that weren't too over spread, and the Katsu was cooked to perfection very crispy and coating was very light. My eyes popped out of my head with this hidden bar as it is amazingly laid out with a unique Japanese style. I love that whoever designed this area and also decorated it, went for Japanese style and nailed it head on. It feels very exclusive and looks to be like a VIP section for the elite but has a super chill atmosphere. Based on all the reviews, many raved about the curry bread and I'd have to agree. It reminds me of a bbq pork bun but with curry filling. I also got a chocolate croissant and couldn't help but admire the craftsmenship in the baked goods. Loved the ghibli memorabilia-- definitely pays homage to Kiki's delivery service

I was also surprised to see that they expanded their space that offers seating and a coffee shop! They use beans sourced from Philippines for their coffee. Good move on their end if you want to enjoy your filipino pastry with coffee or tea! My go to items rotate between the Spanish bread, pizza pandesal, and regular pandesal fresh from the oven. For my most recent visit, I was surprised to see they had the ilocos empanada available. Like i mentioned, its been a minute since coming here so not sure how long they've been making them. The last time i had an ilocos empanada was when visited Vigan Philippines in 2017! I ordered on in addition to a chicken empanada and pizza pandesal. I decided to check out the coffee shop and what made me backtrack was that they make calamansi tea (with either black or jasmine tea). Decided to order that and eat the ilocos empanada at the cafe while it was still warm. The ilocos empanada: big portion ($6). You can order with or without cheese ($7 with cheese). I opted without cheese because this is how i remember eating it. It also comes with a vinegar sauce. It was delicious. Perfect crunch. Perfect ratios of papaya, mung beans, meat and egg. Calamansi black tea - yummy as well. Not too sweet. Tasted good with the empanada. I will definitely be coming back for the ilocos empanada. They make them daily and often replenished throughout the day (according to the employee). Parking here may be tight if coming durinf busy hours since it shares the spaces with titas kitchenette (also delicious) and island pacific market as well as other small businesses in the strip mall.

The donuts looked amazing! I decided today was the day that I tried them, too. Please do not let the dated exterior (I spotted an actual public phone! Not sure if it's operational, though) or dated interior detract you, nor the hand written cash only signs. If you must, you can pay by zelle or venmo I believe. They have a small shared parking lot with Church's Chicken. It was easy to park in front of the business at 9am today. The gentleman behold the counter greeted me right away, and was very patient while I made my selections for a dozen donuts. I also decided to try their HUGE Jalapeno ham and cheese croissants. These donuts were fresh, fluffy, doughy and delicious. I tried the sugar, glazed, boston creme, maple bar, raspberry and strawberry filled donuts. Yes! They are all amazing. The croissant was also fabulous. Light, airy, flaky, buttery layers hid the jalapeno ham cheese filling in the middle. I didn't get too much jalapeno, but idc I loved the croissant anyway. I paid $29 for a dozen donuts and the two gigantic croissants. This place is old school- There were paper i. o.u's taped up beside the cash register...some had written the dates that they paid up for some items, so obviously this establishment has a loyal and trustworthy customer base and community relationship that is hard to find nowadays. I will definitely come back and perhaps pay it forward for some of those i.o.u's!
