I highly do not recommend coming here... to me it looks like a little girl did my nails. She did not complete the process of a full set and skipped right over using the electronic filer. A full set usually takes 45mins... she was done within 20.. NOT OK!! I will never come back here!! read more

Went here for my first ever pedicure, and was scared as I hate people touching my feet. She was awesome and I was put at ease really quickly. A second visit was just as relaxing. Third time, I got there and they were closed, so in desperation I went to the place across the street. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. Horrible service. Employees were very not personable. Didn't talk to you at all, and just spoke amongst themselves in their language. I think the girl that was doing my feet was an intern. That made me really nervous as well. Lesson learned and I went right back to Jenny! Jenny for life!!!! read more

I went to this nail place as a walkin with my mom. The place smelled like nail polish remover which is understandable. We also had a long wait as we were walkins which is understandable. The lady took her time whilst also being efficient which I appreciated. One thing I thought was odd was if you want matte acrylics then you need to have gel polish while in other places they have just put a over coat on to make the polish matte. Their pricing is good as my acrylics full set was $30. However, the lady doing my nails accidentally cut me with the acrylic file and it bled a bit. She handled it well though and put on a liquid antiseptic on it. I would definitely go back as my nails were very well put on and shaped. read more

Don't bother. I figured I'd come here because it's closer to me than going to New Hartford. It was a huge mistake. She left my gel dip lumpy, uneven, and thick at the cuticle. and it cost $40. It was $5 extra just for the matte top coat and to shorten them a little bit. And they don't take cards so I had to leave to go to the atm. Never again! read more

my normal place i get my nails done wasn't doing acrylics 6 days ago, so i went here. terrible choice. when i went there, the sign said that an acrylic fill was 17 dollars, but the lady that actually did my nails told me a normal fill was 25, and gel was 30, then pressured me into getting gel. this is a completely normal set of acrylics with no design. the first thing she said was how bad my nails were done before, even showing the other manicurists because i didn't go there before. she also said that one hands nails were shorter than the other, even though at the end of her doing my nails, one hands nails were actually shorter than the other. she was incredibly rude and rushed me to pick out a color i didn't even want. 3 days later my GEL nails that i paid 30 dollars for started chipping. 5 days later half my nails are completely ruined and one has even started to crack in half. i've never had any issue with acrylics being done before, especially chipping at any other place i've gone to, and i've gone to many. read more

Very friendly service. Sometimes you have to wait for quite some time but it's definitely worth the wait. Make an appointment ahead of time to assure that you aren't going to wait a long time.
